Ride a fost foarte bun, dar graficul video nu a fost bun. Mi-a plăcut călătoria până la capăt, a fost foarte aventuroasă. Sunt supărat pe graficianul video și fotograful care nu fac videoclipuri de înaltă calitate.

Experiența mi s-a părut deficitară în mai multe privințe. În primul rând, nu am primit cafeaua și înghețata promise. Deși personalul a fost politicos, nu a fost primitor, ceea ce ne-a făcut să ne simțim ca și cum am depășit termenul de primire. În plus, ni s-au promis video și fotografii, dar fotografiile au fost făcute cu iPhone-ul ghidului, rezultând o calitate slabă. A trebuit practic să îi implorăm să facă videoclipuri, despre care ne-au spus inițial că nu sunt incluse. Ei au acționat ca și cum ne făceau o favoare prin luarea videoclipurilor.

Notă: - Headout este cel mai bun în toate modurile posibile Dar problemele sunt cu partenerii locali.
Am rezervat o oră și Headout a rezervat doar o oră cu Nemo Watersports. Cu toate acestea, am realizat acest lucru abia după o jumătate de oră, când eram aproape înapoi în port. Ghidul turistic îmi arată rezervarea pentru Headout. Chat-ul live doar mi-a trimis din nou comanda și mi-a spus să o clarific pe loc. Ca un gest de bunăvoință, Nemo watersports mi-a dat 1 oră în plus pentru că nu am fi ajuns la Atlantis în următoarea jumătate de oră a turului "rezervat" și am insistat. Rezervarea headout și comportamentul său este pur și simplu foarte nesatisfăcător.

Went with my husband and our two teens. The crew was super friendly and even let the kids help with the ropes (safely, don’t worry). The views were INSANE. Would totally recommend.
We did the yacht tour as a family of 4 (kids are 12 & 9) and honestly it was sooo much better than I thought it would be. Crew was super friendly, gave us soft drinks and let my daughter pretend to steer (she was THRILLED lol). The views of the skyline at sunset—EPIC! And fyi, bring a light jacket, got windy out there. Def worth it if you want something extra in Dubai.

We saw the Palm from the water which is way cooler than from the road. Only thing, it was kinda crowded at check-in and we waited like 20 mins. Still, would do again for a special day.

Pretty good tour. Yacht was clean, staff was nice. Wish the snacks were better, but drinks were cold and the views are unbeatable.
Went solo and was a bit nervous but the crew was super chill. They chatted with me about the different buildings and even offered to take pics (I never ask for that, but glad they did). The yacht itself is HUGE, like, I kept finding new places to sit. Sunset cruise is a vibe. Oh, and there's free water and soda. Would recommend for solo travelers too.
Booked last minute and didn’t regret it. Check-in was fast and crew was friendly. Yacht was bigger than I expected. Only minus, no proper food on board, just snacks. Bring your own if ur hungry.
Went with my wife and 2 kids. Crew was patient with the little ones. Yacht was clean. Only complaint, a bit crowded at check-in.
Yacht was nice but the sea was a bit choppy and I got seasick. Crew was helpful but maybe check the weather before you go.
Went with my parents and teens. Everyone had something to love—the views for me, soft drinks for the kids, comfy seats for my mom. Crew was attentive but not pushy. Only wish the tour lasted a bit longer.
