Aquaventure is an absolutely fantastic waterpark! All the rides were amazing. However, one thing that needs attention is the time mentioned on the Headout ticket booking website. The website currently lists the park opening time as 9:00 AM, but the actual opening time is 10:00 AM. This caused some confusion and unnecessary waiting at the entrance.

Great to see how The Palm was created. Views from the top were stunning. Sunset is a great time to go, even when a bit cloudy! The colour of the sky was awesome. Not too busy up there so plenty of opportunities to take photos.

It was easy to book tickets. There is about half an hour if you are a little late, which is exactly what happened to us while we were looking for a place to park our car in the shopping center. Overall a nice walk with a nice view and the most important thing is that the weather is beautiful. We were lucky with the weather, it was sunny and the visibility was great.

I bought 2 tickets same day at a discounted rate for general admission to The View Palm Jumeirah for 11:30 a.m. on a Friday and had no wait to take the elevator to the 52nd floor. Park is very clean and pretty. Only reason I'm leaving review is to mention not to bother queing for Shark attack!! We waited about 50 minutes, ride is 15 seconds in darkness and 15 seconds through tunnel....where you might see a shark...we did see one, for all 3 seconds. It's really not worth it as there is so much more to see there and it wastes your time. Otherwise lovely park

Our tickets didn't scan correctly but the staff sorted it out quickly and easily. Fantastic waterpark, enjoyed all the slides we did . Shark Attack was great. We went on it first so only waited a few minutes. Beach was lovely but sadly the weather was not great so we couldn't make the most of it.

The Dubai Frame's view of old Dubai and new Dubai was breathtaking. The staff there are very accommodating, especially Saleem — who took such stunning photos and videos of me. He even thought me how to pose for pics and move for videos and I loved the outcome. 🤭 We also had a short but informative conversation regarding the Dubai Frame. I also enjoyed a lot with Desert Safari. Our Tour guide — Najam picked us on time. He was very patient with us and was very approachable. Both the Miracle Gardens & the Frame were great breathtaking experiences. Booking was easy and saved 13%, so thank you. One bad experience was the taxi ride from outside the gardens to the frame, where we were scammed to the tune of 483 Dirham (should have been approx 100) have since read that this seemed to be a common theme.... spoils a good day out, something needs to be done about it. It was easy to book tickets. There is about half an hour if you are a little late, which is exactly what happened to us while we were looking for a place to park our car in the shopping center. Overall a nice walk with a nice view and the most important thing is that the weather is beautiful. We were lucky with the weather, it was sunny and the visibility was great.

Excellent place with lovely photo opportunities. We went around 4pm and were at the top within 15-20 minutes. Parking was a breeze. The views are very good and the place was not as crowded as Burj Khalifah and it only cost £10 per person compared to £37 for Burj Khalifah. I would personally recommend this instead.

- By Metro/Tram: Take the Red Line Metro to Al Khail Metro Station. You can then take a taxi to Palm Gateway. From there, board the tram to Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark, a one-minute walk from Lost Chamber Aquarium.
- By Bus: Several bus options are available, including routes 8, 83, F55A, and X28. Get off at Palm Jumeirah Monorail Station and take the Monorail that will drop you outside Aquaventure Waterpark.
- By Monorail: The Palm Atlantis Monorail Station is the closest public transport stop. It is at the entrance of Palm Jumeirah. A monorail leaves the station every 15 minutes and the journey from the station to Aquaventure Waterpark is roughly 25 minutes.
- By Car: Driving from Dubai International Airport takes around 35 minutes (approximately 24.5 km). Ample parking is available at Aquaventure Waterpark for guests arriving by car.
- Visitors under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at The Lost Chambers Aquarium admission.

Gut: sehr einfach über Internet bestellbar. Funktioniert sehr gut und ist preiswert.
Zu verbessern: statt viele Seiten, einfacher zum Vorweisen machen.
Mit Alter 12 Jahren bekommt man bei Headout ein Kinderticket, z. B. bei 4x4Quad muss man mit 12 aber eine Erwachsenenkarte haben, sonst geht es nicht. Somit passt das Alter nicht zusammen.
