Burj Khalifa

• Tip: Use the on-site telescopes to help identify the Burj Khalifa's surrounding buildings and points of interest.
• No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area, located near the entrance. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside. However, any photography for commercial or business purposes at the Burj is strictly prohibited.
• Entry to the Burj Khalifa is time-specific. However, once you're inside, you can stay for as long as you like. People on average spend 40-45 minutes at the observatory.
• The prime hours of Burj Khalifa are from 4pm to 6:30 pm.
• From 1 Dec, 2022, Burj Khalifa prime hours are from 3pm to 6:30 pm.

Dubai Frame

• Tip: The best time to see Dubai Frame is either early in the morning or near dusk.
• Up to 5 members of single groups are allowed per entry at the Dubai Frame.

Burj Khalifa

• Tip: The sunset hours between 6:30pm and 7pm are the best time to visit the top floors of the Burj. At dusk, the vivid orange skies offer mesmerizing vistas from the vantage point.
• No outside food or beverages are allowed at the Burj.
• Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Entry to the Burj Khalifa is strictly timed. Kindly ensure that you arrive before your scheduled time slot.

• Tip: Your best chance of seeing the penguins is if you visit the aquarium by 8pm. After that, it's their bedtime!
• Photography and videography are permitted. However, specific exhibits do not allow flash photography for the safety of the animals. Please adhere to the rules.
• The average time spent at the Aquarium tunnel (Level 0) is 15-30 min. The Underwater Zoo (Level 2) takes about 45 min - 1.5 hrs.
• Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult above 15 years at all times.
