- Guest names must match passport names; changes after booking are charged at AED 300 per name (paid at check-in)
- Skydive Dubai Tandem Waiver and Insurance Policy form must be completed and signed by all participants
- Participants aged 70 years and above must fill out the Declaration of Fitness form signed and stamped by their doctor before arrival
- Staff will weigh you (with shoes and clothes on) at check-in
- Flights may not take place in poor weather conditions
- Final flight time slot may change by 60–90 minutes, depending on availability
- The selected timeslot during booking is the check-in time
- The entire experience might take up to 4 hours
