The experience was smooth, the QD tickets were directly scannable. Going for burj in the night 9:30/10pm slot. Let's you skip any queue and enjoy the kighting and view for yourself. The museum of the future tour is very interesting, stay there for the 3rd floor, it's a therapy session of it's own with the calming activities. You can soend as much time inside the museum as you want.

The atmosphere was fabulous! We enjoyed to see so many different kind of fish. Underwater zoo is nice, well placed. Kids were very happy to meet penguins and crocodiles 🐊. Definitely recommend it for all aged people!

Clean, modern, and interesting - but huge queues to get in and out (over 2h up, over 1h down) with toilet on wrong side of queue system causing tension when you need to get back to your family. If I'd have known the delays before and after I would have wanted Headout to provide upgrade option as I probably would have bought it to waste less holiday time in the queues.

Loved the burj khalifa...amazing and staff were lovely and helpful ...plus free coffee and a doughnut from cafe after end of the tour ...the aquarium was good especially for children and the upper floors have animals and penguins so the ticket deal was realy good doing both on same day

skip the line tickets for 7 vr games 4hours adrenaline boosting gameplay and rides at play dxb.. enjoying the skyline of dubai from on the top of burj khalifa and watching the evolution od dubai in front of your eyes at dubai frame at such nomial price I think this is the BEST comboo of alll times.. so happy with headout and the hassel free booking process

It was easy to buy tickets from Head out. At first, I was apprehensive when I bought the tickets because of so many negative reviews. I even called the main office in New York for confirmation because we only have one ticket for the 2 of us. There were no problems in entering. We even entered the site one hour ahead of our scheduled time, prob because there were not a lot of tourists. We visited on May 22, 2025
