We had an incredible experience at Sky Views Observatory, all thanks to Headout for making the booking process super easy and smooth! 🌟 The entire place was breathtaking — from the glass elevator ride to the stunning views of Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai, every moment felt magical. ✨ Irha was so excited and absolutely fearless, especially on the glass slide! I loved seeing her enjoy every moment with such confidence — it made our mom-and-daughter outing even more special. 💕 Highly recommend booking through Headout — it’s convenient, reliable, and truly enhances the experience!

It was almost perfect, but the automated photos from the slide were much worse than the other picturrs we took and not even available with a discount. (Like in other locations) The security interrupted the video recording by forcefully touching the stop button on my daughters phone. She is just a kid doing a video blog, not any professional photographer. I regret having purchased the pictures afterwards and I will likely put another one in the frame.

It wasn't worth it . Just to much advertisement, the ticket agent Headout they are a bunch of liars they tell you you can cancel within certain periods of time but once you finalize your payment you will get a message you can't cancel this ticket. The other thing you need to give training for your employees what customer service means without customer you're nothing, I will post this & other experience on social media people to learn from my experience.

Not as described I do not recommend the gold coffee It takes place in a small and unglamorous bar.

Well booked for 3 course and they started for 2 course I had to remind them and then they gave us the 3 course so wasn't expecting that.

The time you go to Burj Khalifa is very important, we were there at sunset, so we have the chance to see Dubai city from level 124 & 125 both daytime and night views, it was a lovely experience. The package we have included a meal at rooftop at the Burj Club, that made you feel awesome.

My experience was enjoyable overall, food was excellent and a pleasant atmosphere. However, I’ve had more positive experiences in the past. The wait staff were commendable, but they kept being pulled away from their duties by the managers. For instance, we waited nearly ten minutes before receiving our welcome drinks. I seen our waiter preparing our drinks, only to be interrupted by a tall guy in a suit (assuming it was the manager) didn’t seem the friendliest. This situation was quite unfair to the hardworking wait staff. The primary focus should be on providing attentive service to customers, yet it was challenging for the waiters to maintain this level of service when they were frequently redirected to other tasks.

Fantastic views from both the Lounge where we had our tea and from the Restaurant where we were allowed to visit after the tea. Our host, a Filipina, along with other staff members, where very attentive to our needs. The foie gras sandwich was the best of the savories and the scone was very good. It was certainly an experienece worth the price of admission.

We were treated like VIPs! Different entrance to the crowds, straight to floor 122 and an amazing lunch plus water wine and coffee included. We were in there for almost three hours and nothing too much trouble. Amazing views, fab service and brill value for money

They charged me for img and dinner tickets for my 3 year old which was free. Y should I pay for 3 years old who doesn't eat and is not tall enough to go on rides. They charged me. I need my refund

I booked this on New Year's Eve as a surprise for my wife. I only rate this as bad because due to no fault of the venue but more to do with Dubai traffic on New Year's Eve. We couldn't get there on time. I'm sure it would have been awesome.

Elevated 50 meters above the ground, the views were nothing short of spectacular—absolutely breathtaking and added a magical touch to the entire evening. The staff was exceptional, with special thanks to Anas Fouad for making the experience even more enjoyable. His attentiveness and professionalism were top-notch. The chicken as the main course was delicious, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Although I didn’t indulge in the desserts of freshly made ice cream and cheesecake due to being lactose intolerant and my commitment to a fitness lifestyle, they looked incredible and were beautifully presented. Overall, I highly recommend Dinner in the Sky—it’s a 10/10 experience! If you’re seeking an unforgettable dining adventure with stunning views and amazing service, this is the place to be.

Loved the waterpark experience with my toddler and family, so many slides especially the lazy river was the best. We later enjoyed exceptional variety of cuisines at Kaleidoscope Buffet Dinner restaurant. Service and food was 10/10

It was my 1st EID in lifetime when i enjoyed alot! 🤣💝

No issue with tickets issue was in the park a few of the big rides broke down but there was other rides but only fast pass people could use so they kept general users in the queue, this was inside a building that was so hot kids were being physically sick. We ordered food & was told we had to buy the free refill cup which was ok but then it wasn't free you had to pay to top it up. To top it all off taxi back to hotel wasn't a proper taxi although in the taxi queue & was 3 times the price! They shouldn't be allowed

Bothe experiences were awesome. The offer should state that things like lockers are charged extra. Though not of importance to us this may be important for budget traveller's.

All rides were excellent! The flash and mountain, the Shark attack and river journey were awesome! Really enjoyed! A great n unforgettable experience. Really value for the time and money spent.

Aquaventure is an absolutely fantastic waterpark! All the rides were amazing. However, one thing that needs attention is the time mentioned on the Headout ticket booking website. The website currently lists the park opening time as 9:00 AM, but the actual opening time is 10:00 AM. This caused some confusion and unnecessary waiting at the entrance.

Great time unfortunately ruined by entitled school students. They pushed the lines and climbed railings to get ahead. No consideration for other and the teachers defended it.

All ride are fantastic especially the river suranded the water park . Need including the lockers with the tickets.

The park is very good to enjoy all day with the family.
