The flower garden was good but realised the best time to visit this place is in evening when sun is around 2 hr to set. So you see both in sunlight and the night light effects for garden. Due to hot sun, the visit and roaming around in April sun was not very good. There is no requirement of Skip the line.

Cute idea to embed a mini golf within the greenery, reasonably price too. Sharing of 18-hole game allowed, it was a great experience for my elder relatives :) It's a miracle how they keep the plants bright and alive especially the hot season!

We arrived at the park at 5:30 p.m. and the entrance was empty, so I can't say anything about the priority entrance. Parking is included in the ticket price. My advice is to visit the garden in the afternoon and stay there until the evening. In this case, you can see the color composition in natural light plus with lighting. It was an amazing experience! Honestly aquarium was good. Desert safari by Mr. Sameer as our host was excellent. Only downside was the waiting time for the Burj Khalifa. It took us four hours to visit and come back. Too crowded.

We beat the crowd! Our tickets --Monday morning at 6AM-- had us in the door, up the elevator and in a comfortable place to witness the sunrise within minutes. There was no line, no crowd, and the view was spectacular! Because we arrived while it was still dark outside, we had the glowing city view of the night sky; within 30 minutes, that changed to the gorgeous sunrise of the horizon to clearly seeing this magnificent city from the sky. Needless to say, we loved it and would highly recommend!

The flower garden was good but realised the best time to visit this place is in evening when sun is around 2 hr to set. So you see both in sunlight and the night light effects for garden. Due to hot sun, the visit and roaming around in April sun was not very good. There is no requirement of Skip the line.

Nice vibrant and colourful gardens with lots of sheltered seating areas. Good for kids/elderly to rest. Many food and souvenir stalls too, though mostly overpriced compared to the souks. Cute idea to embed a mini golf within the greenery, reasonably price too. Sharing of 18-hole game allowed, it was a great experience for my elder relatives :) It's a miracle how they keep the plants bright and alive especially the hot season!

Excellent place with lovely photo opportunities. We went around 4pm and were at the top within 15-20 minutes. Parking was a breeze. The views are very good and the place was not as crowded as Burj Khalifah and it only cost £10 per person compared to £37 for Burj Khalifah. I would personally recommend this instead.

We arrived at the park at 5:30 p.m. and the entrance was empty, so I can't say anything about the priority entrance. Parking is included in the ticket price. My advice is to visit the garden in the afternoon and stay there until the evening. In this case, you can see the color composition in natural light plus with lighting. It was an amazing experience! Got our Dubai Frame Tickets from Headout and we were informed to go directly to the entrance. We went on a weekend, so we expected waiting time is longer, like it took us almost an hour. We toured and amazed with the view and the unique structure. Better come early to avoid long queue.

The flower garden was good but realised the best time to visit this place is in evening when sun is around 2 hr to set. So you see both in sunlight and the night light effects for garden. Due to hot sun, the visit and roaming around in April sun was not very good. There is no requirement of Skip the line.

Cute idea to embed a mini golf within the greenery, reasonably price too. Sharing of 18-hole game allowed, it was a great experience for my elder relatives :) It's a miracle how they keep the plants bright and alive especially the hot season!

Honestly aquarium was good. Desert safari by Mr. Sameer as our host was excellent. Only downside was the waiting time for the Burj Khalifa. It took us four hours to visit and come back. Too crowded.

We beat the crowd! Our tickets --Monday morning at 6AM-- had us in the door, up the elevator and in a comfortable place to witness the sunrise within minutes. There was no line, no crowd, and the view was spectacular! Because we arrived while it was still dark outside, we had the glowing city view of the night sky; within 30 minutes, that changed to the gorgeous sunrise of the horizon to clearly seeing this magnificent city from the sky. Needless to say, we loved it and would highly recommend!

Ticketing experience was great and the HoHo experience was generally wonderful except that sometimes the audio guide connection was not working. Also the parking bay at dubai mall is a bit too congested which takes lot of time to get in and out from there.

The buses were punctual and the audio guide was good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We didn't think about the fact that when you want to start halfway on the second day, you have to sit through the whole first part again to get there. An improvement could be that the buses drive in both directions instead of all driving in the same circle. We bought a two-day ticket because we wanted to go on a cruise boat. We were unable to book the time on the app and it was full so we could not join. It was disappointing and it should have been made clear early on that places are limited.

We were moved to a 5pm Dhow Creek Cruise (which was great) the lady at the Cruise that works for Big Bus said that as soon as we get back we will have to catch the last bus. We asked her to ensure what she speaks to driver that he doesn't leave without us. As our boat was arriving at dock we saw the bus.....we disembark immediately and almost ran to stop (lady was nowhere to be seen) and the bus had gone. We had to catch a taxi and pay extra cost to get back to Souk Madinat where our car was parked. We incurred cost and lost out on the balance of the bus ride and sight seeing on route. How can it be sold as 24hr ticket but bus doesn't operate 24hrs

The zoo was fantastic and being able to go on the mini bus through the animals enclosures right next to lions and tigers ect was absolutely fantastic. Booking tickets via Headout was quick & easy. No issues at the park as well. I chose public transport so headed to centre point metro, the nearest stop to the park. Take a taxi from there as the bus takes a circuitous route. The park is quite big & beautifully laid out. Lots of animals in 6 zones. The train made it easy to move between zones as it was quite sunny. It's definitely a day trip. Lots of eateries serving a wide variety of foods. Loved the explorer safari as it gave an opportunity to see the animals up close in the enclosure. There are shaded walkways in several parts and enjoyed the music being played. The animal shows were nice & informative.

The safari was wonderful, the animals were very easy to see, an unforgettable experience. However, there were some shortcomings in the organization. In the email we received the day before, we were told that the park would be open from 09:00. However, the park only opened at 10.00 a.m., which was an untenable situation for me as a person with disabilities. Furthermore, the first tour into the desert did not start until 1.30 p.m., which we were unfortunately unable to experience.

1) Several delays on bus stops to ne picked up; 2) No WiFi in the bus, we international visitors relay (most of the time) on public wifi (and on services like yours, a mall, a hotel) nowadays this is an expected feature. 3) most of the seatbelts did not work (belt stucked) 4) several earplug jacks are not working or defective (bad comtact) -- regular maintenance would be good. This is bad specially when the bus us fully liaded and there us no room to go to another seat with properly working audio. 5) On the landmarks of the city, we would expect the driver would slow down to allow for opportunities for customer to take a good picture (if not going out the bus at that particular stop/landmark) -- specially when your tour guide (recording) mentions the landmark. Hooe this helps 👍

Safety belts not working, audio not working, stops were not marked as a stop for the hop on hop off bus, thus impossible to know if we were waiting at the right place. I am a regular user of hop on hop off. The one in Dubai did not at all meey expectations.

I didnt like this exprience. First of all, there is no que at Miracle garden so no use of skip the line feature at all and I visited in the month of Dec (peak visit time); Second the driver who was suppose to pick us from venue was extremely late and rude and asked us to walk to a meeting point which was very far. Support team was worse in responding to queries and dont expect any solution. Finally we had to book additional cab and reach the venue and despite telling the owner of travel agency , we didnt recieve our money back. So, if any one wants to book from Headout - PLEASE DONT! IT WAS FULL WASTE OF MONEY
