What to bring

• Mobile voucher and a valid photo ID for verification.
• Comfortable, layered attire suitable for an outdoor workshop.
• Closed shoes and socks (no sandals or open‑toed footwear).
• No perfume, strong scents, or lotions that could disturb the bees.
• A reusable water bottle (water available for purchase on‑site).
• Packed lunch or cash/card to buy food at Terra’s café (lunch is not included in the program fee).

What’s not allowed

• Interacting with hives, equipment, or bees without direct instructor guidance.
• Disregarding any safety instructions during live hive observation.
• Bringing outside food or drinks into the apiary area (except water).

Additional information

• Led by Dr. Meriem Hammal, regional expert on native Arabian bees.
• Inside the Hive Experience includes entry to the Terra Exhibition.
• Kids’ Beekeeping Scientist Program does not include the Terra Exhibition; adults who wish to stay must purchase separate exhibition tickets.
• Expo City Dubai is an open‑access public area; you are free to roam freely outside paid attractions.
