Frequently asked questions about Dubai skydiving rules & regulations

Can I be denied a skydive even if I have a confirmed booking?

Yes. Participation may be denied on the day if safety requirements are not met, documentation is incomplete, or operational conditions change. Safety decisions are final.

Is a digital copy of my ID accepted at check-in?

Yes. A clear digital copy of your passport or Emirates ID is accepted, as long as the details match your booking exactly.

Can I bring my phone or camera during the skydive?

No. Personal phones, cameras, and loose items are not permitted during the jump for safety reasons. All media is captured by professional skydiving videographers.

What happens if I arrive late for my scheduled jump time?

Late arrivals may be treated as no-shows and may not be accommodated. Check-in times are strictly enforced due to flight and safety schedules.

Who makes the final decision if weather conditions are uncertain?

The on-site safety and operations team makes the final decision based on real-time weather and aviation conditions. Guest preference cannot override safety calls.

Can my jump be rescheduled on the same day if there is a delay?

Same-day rescheduling depends on availability and operational capacity. In some cases, guests may be offered an alternate date instead.

Are spectators allowed at the dropzone?

Yes. Friends and family are welcome at designated viewing areas, but access to operational zones is restricted to registered participants only.
