Too few photo opportunities, the only thing on the tour to photograph was the building itself from a distance. The rooms gave the impression of a closed museum, very ostentatious, old-fashioned decor, bright colors and stilted. Why don't you allow photography option on the stairs, the decor in the lobby is very beautiful and original all the way up. Why are small children allowed to join the tour? Children who are tired, feel sick and sulk, delay and ruin the tour for everyone else. A larger family group devoted themselves to taking endless photos where all relatives would be in the photos etc. while the rest of us barely had time to take any photos as the tour continued..

Everything was so good will really enjoyed

The experience was really fun and unique, we enjoyed driving the ATV alone and especially that Ranjit, our professional driver, took us on a 4x4 trip in the desert. Ranjit was professional, kind and caring.

Ride was very good but the video grapher was not good. I enjoyed ride all the way it was very adventurous. I'm upset with the video grapher and photographer they don't make any high-quality videos.

I found the experience lacking in several ways. First of all, I did not receive the coffee and ice cream as promised. While the staff was polite, they were not welcoming, which made us feel as if we overstayed our welcome. Additionally, we were promised video and photos, but the pictures were taken with the guide's iPhone, resulting in poor quality. We had to practically beg for them to take videos, which they initially told us were not included. They acted as if they were doing us a favor by taking the videos.

Worst Experience I ever had with Jet Ski Tour of Dubai - No Proffesional Guide - Not Even a Single Clear Picture "Not Visible the face" but mentioned [Free Photos and Videos] - No Cafe Treat as per mentioned. Note:- Headout is best in all Possible ways But the issues is with Local partners.

I booked an hour and Headout only booked an hour with Nemo Watersports. However, I only found this out after half an hour, when we were almost back at the harbor. The tour guide shows me the reservation for Headout. The live chat just sent me the order again and told me to clarify it on the spot. As a gesture of goodwill, Nemo watersports gave me an extra 1 hour because we wouldn't have made it to Atlantis in the next half hour of the "booked" tour and I insisted on it. The headout booking and its behavior is simply very dissatisfying.

I couldn't do my jet ski tour, paying 120 euros, impossible to get reimbursed, a shame.

A very warm welcome and very competent, motivated staff. Safety rules are very well respected. I recommend them. We're off!

Bought ticket on my phone in the reception of the view and tickets appeared straight away so could be scanned by the staff. The view was amazing from the 52nd floor, full 360 of the palm and surround big areas, loved it

We had an incredible time on our recent desert safari, an absolute thrill from start to finish. The quad biking and sandboarding got the adrenaline pumping, and the dune bashing was hands-down one of the most exciting parts. The evening camp show was lively and full of energy, and it really brought the whole experience together. Huge shoutout to Ranjit, our guide and driver. He was a true professional, super friendly, and clearly knew his way around the dunes like a master. He made sure everything ran smoothly and kept the vibe fun throughout. While the VIP experience had its quirks, it definitely added a layer of comfort. Unlimited food and drinks were nice, and despite a few distractions here and there, the main performances were spot-on and beautifully done. Overall, the safari was packed with fun, adventure, and memorable moments. We left with big smiles and even bigger stories to tell!

Our driver, Khan Shab, was very punctual in picking us up to take us to the safari. The vehicle was very clean and in excellent condition for the transfer. Syed was very cordial, attentive to all our concerns, very respectful, and helpful. In short, his service was excellent.

it was a wonderfull trip, the driver very nice and simpatic, the children loved it. the dinner with show was also excellent, a close are were there is a children corner were they can play.

The safari was so fun. We were accompanied by Ranjit, he was so good at driving around the dunes and guided so well all through out the safari. Such a memorable experience overall.

The best part about desert experience was our guide Yasir who made it memorable. He was calm, kind, interactive and made sure we were comfortable the entire 6 hours. I would recommend him any other other day. The car was clean and comfortable.

We loved the safari tour! Our guide was Yasir Bukhari and we couldn’t have asked for better , he was very attentive and fun and takes very good photos !!! The best part of the Safari was the 4x4 and the show at the end of dinner ! I highly recommend it!

Mr. Yasir was an excellent host. He maintained constant communication before our arrival, keeping us informed, and arrived at the pickup location right on time. From there, he took us to the safari, sharing interesting information along the way and earning our complete trust. He drove the Land Cruiser with impressive skill and experience, which made us feel safe and relaxed. He also arranged everything for us — from ATV rides to camel rides — and even dropped us off at our preferred location. Overall, he was fantastic, and we would be delighted to have him as our host for our next adventure.

The entire experience was truly incredible! From start to finish, Yasir made sure everything was comfortable and enjoyable. He was not only extremely kind and approachable but also an exceptionally skilled pilot, which made the ride feel smooth and safe. His professionalism and friendly nature added so much value to the experience, making it truly unforgettable.

It was listed as all-inclusive. Drinks were only available from 7:30 p.m. In addition, the soft drinks were mixed with water, making them undrinkable. The on-site staff insisted on over-consuming for a fee (upgrades cost 50 AED per person...). The meal wasn't good at all. A big disappointment, apart from the activities.

Everything was impeccably organized. Ranjit is a true professional, an excellent driver, and exceptionally kind and helpful. I would certainly recommend considering the VIP seats, as the price difference is minimal, and the overall experience is significantly enhanced.

For the price good experience, dunes and truck fun. They could let you take pictures at sunset, when we got to the camels the sun was no longer visible. The camp with regular food

Overall, the experience was total satisfactory, particularly with Mr. Najam, a professional Dune bash driver who provided an exhilarating desert ride in a four-wheel drive vehicle. Despite the arid desert setting, the Atlanta tourism desert dance show and buffet provided an enjoyable experience.

This weekend is really well spent with my friend visiting the Dubai Frame. It is a memorable one as we conquer our fears on heights and walking through the glass floor of the frame. The view atop is amazing as you can view the tallest structure on earth, the Burj Khalifa and other superstructures. You can spend ample time enjoying the galass floor and views along with friendly crowds and staffs. Moreover, there's an exhibit showing the United Arab Emirates history and rich culture. Highly recommended!

This was a last minute pick when I gave up on the long standing queue on the ticket counter amd and an equally long queue to get inside the museum. So glad I could grab these last 2 tickets. Truly worth it. An hassle free entry and got to spend a full 3 hours inside the museum which we would have spent standing in the lines. This was a saviour for me. Also the digital transaction was totally smooth and quick and safe.

One the best part of our experience was our guide Yasir, he was calm, interactive and made sure that we were comfortable the entire trip. We enjoyed every moment of it he gave recommendations and things to watch out for. If you are looking for a guide look no further!!!!

Visiting the Dubai Frame was such a highlight - we loved every minute of it! Skipping the queues made it even better, especially in the heat. The museum at the base gives a really cool look into Dubai’s past, present, and future, and the immersive exhibits are super engaging. Once you take the elevator up, the views are just next level - 360 degrees of the city, from old Dubai to the glittering skyline of the new. Walking across the glass floor at the top was a bit nerve-wracking but so worth it! Honestly, it’s one of those spots that gives you a whole new perspective on the city. Would totally recommend adding it to your list.

It was my first time visiting Dubai frame. A wonderful discovery. The driver picks you up at the hotel. Visit to the qsar al watan and the great mosque. These are the only two stops of the day. The guide shows you a few monuments and explains a little about Abu Dhabi. There's also time for lunch. We enjoyed the tour, the sights are spectacular and a must-see.

The locations we visited was great and we learned the story of the country.

The tour and the guide itself was good and we enjoyed our time when in Abu Dhabi but we were expected to make our own way to and from our Airbnb despite it being only 10-12mins away from the pick up point whilst everyone else was picked up from their hotel. I paid the ticket price with the expectation that I will be picked up and dropped off and not to spend extra £10-20 on transport to and from the pick up point. I would not have booked if they let me know about this. Very disappointed to only be make aware of this at 6am in the morning on the day of the tour with a phone call when they had 3-4 days to let us know but they did not let us know on purpose so the ticket was not refundable. I'm very disappointed with this.

Let me start with it by saying that Abu dhabi tour was really worth it. From hotel to destination and back. It was not boring one. Until you are tired and sleepy 🤣. While booking the tickets i was little worried that how's it's gonna be. But I must say my tour guide kamran Ahu make it more interesting by elaborating everything. Thank you kamran Ahu. Again huge crowd, nothing was explained by the guide as to what we can and what we can not do inside park . 2 hours lost in understanding that we need to register to enjoy the main roller coaster. Why it wasn't done already ?

They was asking us to be ready at 8:30,but after when we reached the hotel they said pick us 9:30,so we waited more than 1 hour😑

Our stops at the Grand Mosque and Baps Hindu Mandir were the highlights of the tour with stunning insight into history with spectacular buildings. Ferrari World was unfortunately a complete failure with only 3 out of the top 5 rides working (Flying Aces and Formula Rossa both closed - these rides are sold as the prime attractions so completely let down). There was a couple of questionable stops, at a Date market (possibly inflated prices compared to shops in Dubai) and a building where we entered via a back door and everyone was offered questionable items to buy including rugs, perfume and jewellery that we were told were not available elsewhere only to see them in the Plaza at the Grand Mosque.

Ferrari world is the best! Our tour guide is helpful and polite. We start the day by visiting Miraj and Sheik Zayed Mosque and the Ferrari World ending the day with visiting Baps Hindu Mandir. Keep up the good work.

It was a great experience, thanks to Fazal's excellent guiding skills. Besides the wealth of information provided during our trip, he showed real interest in making our visits as successfull as possible, taking care of details we weren't aware of. The whole trip went smooth, we were not in a rush, everything was on time and we felt safe. If you are looking for a trip to Abu Dhabi without stops to various local shops, than this is for you.
