It was good the booking process was definitely good only that the rail experience could have been better it was too shaky

Although we had booked the correct date, the ticket showed a different day. But the problem was solved on the spot via chat and we received tickets with the correct date at short notice.

The experience was expected, I needed a ticket for monorail and got those from Headout at a discounted rate.

It was amazing that I was able to enter fast with the e ticket, saved my time.

Everything was ok and easy, just one small recommendation.....please add some water into the service during the transfer. You aware that there are many passengers that were traveling a lot of hours and when they have landed and catched the transfer, it will be very efficient to have a compliment of one bottle of water. Even you may include it into the price:)

Value for money, we were offered 2 SUVs due to unavailability of the Van. Service is professional and prices are comparable to taxi prices offered outside. Suggested to book this.
