As mentioned above, the venue was overcrowded and we could not find three seats together. I also expected more quiet space and more private space. All the secluded rooms were taken by single people occuping these rooms for long periods. The lounge is designed for individuals, not families. Too many people were booked into this venue. However, the showers and staff were very helpful and pleasant. Probably still worthwhile, however, need to address overcrowding.

Nothing wrong, it was a good experience, and I wished I could have stayed longer. A bit crowded when we arrived, but all the staff were very kind and helpful at all times. I expected a bit more in terms of newspapers availability, for example, and more space in between lounge users, reclining chairs. Nothing really to complain about.

Quiet and very relaxing atmosphere. Very comfortable and spacious lounge chairs. Lovely choice of food/snacks and beverages which iare inclusive in the price. We will definitely book this again.

The chairs were comfortable which was nice however the food and drink options were limited. For a barista made coffee, there was a fee on top of the fee to enter the venue. Some more snack type foods would have been good as not everyone wants to eat an entire meal at 5:30am.

I had no time to visit the lounge since my flight from Hyderabad EK 525 did not park at any gate. The ferry from the aircraft to the B gates and security screening took 45 minutes. There was no time to travel the lounge and back. Is it possible to get a refund please ??
