• Please enter at the time slot you have booked. You can not enter during prime hours with a non-prime hour ticket.
• Kids under 12 enter free with a paying adult; standard charges apply for additional children.

Burj Khalifa At The Top

• Tip: The sunset hours between 6:30pm and 7pm are the best time to visit the top floors of the Burj.
• No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside the Burj Khalifa, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area, located near the entrance. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside. However, any photography for commercial or business purposes at the Burj is strictly prohibited.
• Expect a considerable wait time as you stand in the ticketing queue as well as the elevator queue, especially during peak hours and weekends.
• It is recommended to check the weather forecast to ensure that you make the most of the observation decks.
• You can enter only at the time slot you choose during checkout. Once inside, you can stay for as long as you like. Typically, tourists spend an average of 40 minutes at the observatory.

Aquaventure Waterpark

• Tip: You can rent a private cabana for the day and enjoy a dedicated butler service with food and drinks, making it a more luxurious experience.
• Strict dress code: abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing and sheer/see-through items or other material deemed inappropriate are not allowed in this experience. However, one-piece/two-piece swimsuit, speedo, rash guard, board shorts and burkini are allowed on this experience.
• Safety is a priority. So, Trident Tower, Tower of Neptune, and Poseidon’s Revenge and Slytherin are restricted for guests under the height of 1.2 m, whereas the Zoomerango and Aquaconda are restricted for guests under 1.07 metres.

Aquaventure Waterpark

• Aquaventure Waterpark attractions are not suitable for expecting mothers, people with reduced mobility, or a history of neck, back, joint, or heart problems.
• Your safety comes first so visitors with injuries (casts, bandages, etc), contagious diseases, back issues, cardiac issues, and pregnant people are restricted from participating in this experience.
• Safety is a priority so waterpark rides are restricted for people under the weight of 50 kg and over 135 kg. This does not apply to the children's park.

• Differently-abled people can enter for free. The attraction is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

IMG Worlds of Adventure

• Tip: Don't worry about loud noises at IMG which are reduced with soundproofing black arches.

Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark

• Your safety comes first. So, pregnant women and guests with back, neck, joint, and cardiac issues, injuries (casts, bandages, etc), or contagious diseases are restricted from participating in this experience.
• Keep in mind outside food & beverages, glassware, alcohol, glassware, alcohol, selfie sticks, handheld GoPro, other action cameras, shoes, aqua socks with thick and/or rubber soles are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!
• Strict dress code: Guests are allowed to wear a one-piece/two-piece swimsuit, Speedo, rash guard, board shorts, and burkini. Abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing, and sheer/see-through items or other materials deemed inappropriate are not allowed.
• Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction. Guests can purchase swim nappies/diapers from the gift shops in the venue.
• Diving is not permitted anywhere in the resort or Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark.
• Intoxicated guests will be refused entry to Aquaventure Waterpark.
• Mobile phones are only allowed if safely secured in a waterproof neck pouch on Aquaventure Waterpark slides, except for the Vortex body slide.
• Queue-jumping or saving a place in the queue is strictly prohibited. Guests who violate this policy may be asked to leave Aquaventure Waterpark. Guests may not exit a queue and return to the same position for any reason.

Burj Khalifa At The Top Levels 124 and 125

• Tickets are available at time slots of 30 minutes.
• It is recommended to check the weather forecast beforehand to ensure that your views won't be obstructed.
• Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Expect a considerable wait time as you stand in the ticketing queue as well as the elevator queue.
• You can enter only at the time slot you choose during checkout. Once inside, you can stay for as long as you like. Typically, tourists spend an average of 40 minutes at the observatory.
• The sunset hours between 6:30pm and 7pm are the best time to visit the top floors of the Burj. At dusk, the vivid orange skies offer mesmerizing vistas from the vantage point.

Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark

• Life jackets are available at different locations around Aquaventure Waterpark. Ask a lifeguard for assistance.
• Life jackets are required for all swimmers under 1.2 meters (48”) and recommended for weak or inexperienced swimmers of all ages.
• Children aged 3 years and above with a height exceeding 1.2 meters are permitted.
