Both the Miracle Gardens & the Frame were great breathtaking experiences. Booking was easy and saved 13%, so thank you. One bad experience was the taxi ride from outside the gardens to the frame, where we were scammed to the tune of 483 Dirham (should have been approx 100) have since read that this seemed to be a common theme.... spoils a good day out, something needs to be done about it. Many thanks Barry.

Excellent place with lovely photo opportunities. We went around 4pm and were at the top within 15-20 minutes. Parking was a breeze. The views are very good and the place was not as crowded as Burj Khalifah and it only cost £10 per person compared to £37 for Burj Khalifah. I would personally recommend this instead.

The atmosphere was fabulous! We enjoyed to see so many different kind of fish. Underwater zoo is nice, well placed. Kids were very happy to meet penguins and crocodiles 🐊. Definitely recommend it for all aged people!

It was more of an art exhibition. It is very noisy for small children and the children liked the ball pool best. In every room they pushed to go further. Rather uninteresting for children. My children are 3 and 6 years old.

Aquarium and zoo was amazing experience. Dubai Frame view from the top was unbelievable. I also loved the last exhibition of "Dubai vision of 2050" in Dubai frame visit. Head out's discounted tickets that was really good value. system giving message something is gone wrong just after payment has gone through can make you nervous that you may not get the tickets. Specially when you have not received the reference I'd for your booking. So system needs sorting.

I highly advise everyone to take the opportunity and buy combined tickets, for example Burj Khalifa + aquarium on the territory of Dubai Mall - it's just fantastic. Everything is in one place, you can first go up to Burj Khalifa 124-125 floors (you have to go up there at exactly the specified time, and you can stay up there - as much as you like), there is a terrace, for more fullness of sensations and better quality photos....Enjoy the view of the city and the sea - you can go for a snack on the top floor of Dubai Mall, where a lot of all kinds of cafes, burger shops, etc. are concentrated. And then watch the aquarium, rainforest, penguins with crocodiles, feed the fish and many other things, no less interesting...you can come to the aquarium at any time, but the only thing is, of course, on the day for which you bought a ticket. I started my tour at six o'clock to get to the observation deck of Burj Khalifa and catch the sunset - it's very beautiful, you have to see, the photo can not convey it... I had 5 hours for all the adventures together with the aquarium. Since the center works until 00:00 hours, no problems, a couple of hours at altitude - rest and a snack - a trip to the aquarium, everything is just super!!!!

The early morning visit was absolutely fantastic! There were hardly any people, which made the experience particularly pleasant - no long waiting times and plenty of peace and quiet to enjoy the view. The sunrise was simply gorgeous - an unforgettable moment with a breathtaking view over Dubai. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the Burj Khalifa - it's worth getting up early!

Clean, modern, and interesting - but huge queues to get in and out (over 2h up, over 1h down) with toilet on wrong side of queue system causing tension when you need to get back to your family. If I'd have known the delays before and after I would have wanted Headout to provide upgrade option as I probably would have bought it to waste less holiday time in the queues.

It's really top-notch, but if you've got young children, beware of the Miracle Garden's heat, even if there are several shady areas to sit in, it's still quite trying. The Butterfly Garden has 4 large air-conditioned areas, so you can take a breather 😁

The flower garden was good but realised the best time to visit this place is in evening when sun is around 2 hr to set. So you see both in sunlight and the night light effects for garden. Due to hot sun, the visit and roaming around in April sun was not very good. There is no requirement of Skip the line.

Nice vibrant and colourful gardens with lots of sheltered seating areas. Good for kids/elderly to rest. Many food and souvenir stalls too, though mostly overpriced compared to the souks. Cute idea to embed a mini golf within the greenery, reasonably price too. Sharing of 18-hole game allowed, it was a great experience for my elder relatives :) It's a miracle how they keep the plants bright and alive especially the hot season!
