First of all, a car was sent to pick us up all the way from Sharjah. That was really much appreciated. When we arrived at the dock we didn't have to wait long before we were called for boarding. A couple of photos were taken and we were asked to get on. Our table waa located on the upper deck and it was pleasant up there. The staff were polite and were very attentive. Dinner was a buffet setting, and the food was very good with meat, fish, and vegetarian choices. There was also a few salads and desserts and softdrinks served. Any other drinks y Can be ordered for a fee. There was live entertainment after dinner as well. The dhow ride itself was pleasant with the cool weather and full moon. It was a lovely experience and one we would like to repeat.

Everything was organized very well, we were informed about pick and drop details clearly on whats app. We had nice time.
Only thing you can improve is your partner for Dhow cruise, the Boat was small , packed with people, food was kept only on Lowe level, so people had to wait for lower deck people to finish dinner and people from upper deck were moved down, by that time, food was cold, most of them were over and tables were not clean. This was bad experience.
There were bigger boats aeound us with things orginised in better manner, may be you can improve here.

Burj khalifa top floor experience is awesome from top everyone liked it . Desert safari is also too good ,but the food service & quality is not that proper it has to improved . Dhow cruise ride is nice wonderful but the food Quality again is same issue need to upgrade it . CITY tour is very good ,the guide was great n jolly person giving all information all over the trip .

Finally a decent experience in Dubai that didn't feel like a cash grab. Staff was great, our pickup Zeeshan Ayub was very kind, so were the others ! The music was a bit loud in my opinion. Food was decent and view was great even though we circled around the same area. For this price I recommend it!
