It is mandatory to read and understand the below terms before you proceed with your booking:

• You must be comfortable in the water and able to swim.
• You agree to follow all Deep Dive Dubai policies and procedures.
• Admission fees are not refundable. Rescheduling must be at least five days in advance.
• You agree to complete the Deep Dive Dubai liability release.
• You agree to avoid all alcohol or non-prescription drugs at least 24 hours before diving.
• You acknowledge that you are free from medical conditions that require immediate medical attention or hinder your ability to snorkel.
• You must be at least 8 years old on the day of my dive. If less than 18 years of age, you will bring your parents or a legal guardian on the day of your dive.

What to bring

• Bring a valid photo ID (Emirates ID, driving license in English, or passport) matching the name on your booking.
• Bring a swimsuit and flip-flops for your experience.
• Bring a printed or digital copy of your ticket for entry.
• If you have (or have had) any listed medical conditions, bring a signed and stamped Declaration of Fitness from your doctor.
• All participants must complete the mandatory medical liability and release forms in advance.

What’s not allowed

• Entry is only valid for the person and time shown on the ticket; tickets cannot be reused or transferred.
• Meals and transfers are not included.
• Participation is not permitted for guests under 10 years of age.
• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Participation is not allowed if you are not in good general health or if you have certain medical conditions without a doctor’s clearance.
• Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Accessibility

• This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Additional information

• No swimming skills are required to participate.

• The experience includes a teaser video of your dive; the full video is not included.
• Tickets are strictly non-refundable. No-shows will be fully charged. Rescheduling is only permitted with at least 5 days’ notice before your booking date.
