Good experience but could have been better. Actually I'll give it 3.5 ⭐ rating. At the dinner camp, the least that can be done, in this hot weather is to have fans. There are no fans or coolers for the guests. This will be a big help. There were NO camels available for rides. Not even one. Mr. Aamir, our chauffeur & guide was EXCELLENT.. 5 ⭐ rating for him.

You should definitely go on a desert safari when you visit Dubai. It was a lot of fun and a great experience for us. Amir, our guide, was very nice and also warned us about tourist traps 💸. Unfortunately, we didn't book the quad biking in advance, as the description says that children under 14 are not allowed to ride alone, but it was no problem on site and we paid double the price 😞. Organizationally, everything worked great from the pick-up to the return transport.

The dune ride was amazing — the driver was highly skilled, which made the experience unforgettable. And the fire show at the camp was absolutely impressive

The experience was smooth, the QD tickets were directly scannable. Going for burj in the night 9:30/10pm slot. Let's you skip any queue and enjoy the kighting and view for yourself. The museum of the future tour is very interesting, stay there for the 3rd floor, it's a therapy session of it's own with the calming activities. You can soend as much time inside the museum as you want.

Though the weather was hot but the experience of visiting 124 & 125th Floor at the Top of Burj Khalifa was very good and memorable I wanted to go to 148th floor but was too expensive, I request Headout to conisder discounts when more than 1 person is visiting. It was very organised. The Tour guide Soni contacted via WhatsApp several times that day and even with an exact pick up time. He was very polite and curtious as I was a solo female traveler. He took pictures for me and always checked in during activities. This was my first tour as a solo traveler and I couldn't have been happier how comfortable Soni made me feel. Buying tickets was very straightforward. The tower is fabulous, very well organised with friendly staff. Everything ran like clockwork. It was informative and the views were incredible! We loved our visit!

I highly advise everyone to take the opportunity and buy combined tickets, for example Burj Khalifa + aquarium on the territory of Dubai Mall - it's just fantastic. Everything is in one place, you can first go up to Burj Khalifa 124-125 floors (you have to go up there at exactly the specified time, and you can stay up there - as much as you like), there is a terrace, for more fullness of sensations and better quality photos....Enjoy the view of the city and the sea - you can go for a snack on the top floor of Dubai Mall, where a lot of all kinds of cafes, burger shops, etc. are concentrated. And then watch the aquarium, rainforest, penguins with crocodiles, feed the fish and many other things, no less interesting...you can come to the aquarium at any time, but the only thing is, of course, on the day for which you bought a ticket. I started my tour at six o'clock to get to the observation deck of Burj Khalifa and catch the sunset - it's very beautiful, you have to see, the photo can not convey it... I had 5 hours for all the adventures together with the aquarium. Despite a shaky start as I was at the Dubai Mall and then caught a taxi to the Burj only to find out the entrance to At The Top was back at Dubai Mall, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The lift to the top was amazing as were the views.

We had an incredible time on our recent desert safari, an absolute thrill from start to finish. The quad biking and sandboarding got the adrenaline pumping, and the dune bashing was hands-down one of the most exciting parts. The evening camp show was lively and full of energy, and it really brought the whole experience together. Huge shoutout to Ranjit, our guide and driver. He was a true professional, super friendly, and clearly knew his way around the dunes like a master. He made sure everything ran smoothly and kept the vibe fun throughout. While the VIP experience had its quirks, it definitely added a layer of comfort. Unlimited food and drinks were nice, and despite a few distractions here and there, the main performances were spot-on and beautifully done. Overall, the safari was packed with fun, adventure, and memorable moments. We left with big smiles and even bigger stories to tell!

We loved the safari tour! Our guide was Yasir Bukhari and we couldn’t have asked for better , he was very attentive and fun and takes very good photos !!! The best part of the Safari was the 4x4 and the show at the end of dinner ! I highly recommend it!

Mr. Yasir was an excellent host. He maintained constant communication before our arrival, keeping us informed, and arrived at the pickup location right on time. From there, he took us to the safari, sharing interesting information along the way and earning our complete trust. He drove the Land Cruiser with impressive skill and experience, which made us feel safe and relaxed. He also arranged everything for us — from ATV rides to camel rides — and even dropped us off at our preferred location. Overall, he was fantastic, and we would be delighted to have him as our host for our next adventure.

The entire experience was truly incredible! From start to finish, Yasir made sure everything was comfortable and enjoyable. He was not only extremely kind and approachable but also an exceptionally skilled pilot, which made the ride feel smooth and safe. His professionalism and friendly nature added so much value to the experience, making it truly unforgettable.

It was listed as all-inclusive. Drinks were only available from 7:30 p.m. In addition, the soft drinks were mixed with water, making them undrinkable. The on-site staff insisted on over-consuming for a fee (upgrades cost 50 AED per person...). The meal wasn't good at all. A big disappointment, apart from the activities.

Everything was impeccably organized. Ranjit is a true professional, an excellent driver, and exceptionally kind and helpful. I would certainly recommend considering the VIP seats, as the price difference is minimal, and the overall experience is significantly enhanced.

The experience was really fun and unique, we enjoyed driving the ATV alone and especially that Ranjit, our professional driver, took us on a 4x4 trip in the desert. Ranjit was professional, kind and caring.

Overalll it was lots of fun - however there were a crazy amount of people at this particular camp (Red Canyon was the name I believe). There was also more garbage than I would have expected to see in the desert and that was disappointing. I just think this goes back to my first and second point - try to go to one that isn't so jammed packed and if possible get a recommendation for one that takes you further out. We ended up at this one because we purchased a hot air balloon ride at sunrise and that was really cool - and received a discount invite to go to a desert camp. If you know someone local ask them or possibly someone at the place you're staying. Good luck and I hope this review helps you! Activities were great. Specially our host/driver was great.

The quad tour itself was great. We booked a 4-hour program because we had another activity planned afterward, which we had also paid for in advance. Our first driver picked us up along with a nice family, but we only later found out that this family had booked the extended program that lasts into the evening — something we absolutely didn’t want to take part in, which is exactly why we chose the 4-hour option. Despite this, the first driver took us to the location of the night program, even though I told him that we needed to return to Dubai. I had to argue with him, but it didn’t get me very far — he just said that another driver would come for us, but he didn’t know when. It was obvious he didn’t care about our problem at all — probably because he was getting a higher commission from the other family’s booking. Eventually, I managed to talk to an organizer who actually wanted to help, and he asked another driver to take us back, since the first driver simply refused. The second driver was kind and helpful, unlike the first one. We still missed our program, and no one is going to compensate us for it. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend booking here to anyone.

Was a great afternoon/ evening Ranjit was our driver . He was amazing. Drove over the desert , went for food 👌👌👌 Ranjit was the best driver and drifting in the sand was amazing . He must of been doing this for years as he was the best 👍 I want to say a massive thank you for him as he made our experience better than expected.

We had an amazing experient with Ranjith. He communicated ahead of time on the schedule. Took us to the buggy rides and make the whole process easy. The dune bashing was the best, amazing ride - he took photos and we also did some sand sleding down a dune. He was also very accommodative on our needs and knew when to slow down. Our kids loved it and thank you for the great experience

The dune cruise itself was really good. The food and drinks could be improved. The food was not particularly tasty, to put it nicely. Coke and Sprite etc. came from self-serve containers. Not an issue in itself. However, if the taste is lacking, you are forced to buy cans, for better or worse. But then they taste good too. We would book a trip to the dunes again at any time. The driver was also very nice. We would do without the rest in future. Not worth it and not worth the money. It was called camel riding...on arrival it said two minutes included. If you want more you pay...Henna included...on arrival, small henna included, slightly larger you have to pay. In the end, the experience was twice as expensive as originally paid.

He was incredibly friendly, made us feel comfortable right away, and shared a lot of interesting insights about the desert. The ride was thrilling but safe, and his knowledge really added to the whole adventure. Highly recommended!

The Driver Soni , he is very rude and bad behaviour. He is smoking whenever there break. Even we are go with family.

Desert Rollercoaster with Hassan! Hassan was an absolute legend behind the wheel! His dune driving was like a desert rollercoaster — fast, fun, and totally safe. We were laughing, cheering, and hanging on for dear life (in the best way)! If you want a wild ride and a great time, ask for Hassan. 100% recommended!

I recently booked a private dessert safari tour with Ahmed. He was amazing at his job. He was very humble and polite. Dune bashing was thrilling as well. He also recommended us to the VIP camp which i think was the best as it included buffet and proper seating area. Overall the tour was amazing and i would do it again with Ahmed. I highly recommend Ahmed if you are looking for a good dessert tour!

The whole experience is amazing. Lived the glass floor experience. The view of the frame from either side. In addition, loved the views from the top of old and new Dubai.

This Dubai Frame visit turned out to be the most memorable part of my Dubai trip! Thanks to the Headout app, booking was a breeze – just a few taps and I had my slot secured. I went during golden hour and got to admire the contrasting views of old and new Dubai from the top – breathtaking doesn’t even begin to cover it. The elevator ride itself felt like a mini futuristic show! Highly recommend wearing comfy shoes, especially if you’re planning to explore Zabeel Park afterward. A must-visit for both tourists and residents who’ve never been inside!

The Dubai Frame's view of old Dubai and new Dubai was breathtaking. The staff there are very accommodating, especially Saleem — who took such stunning photos and videos of me. He even thought me how to pose for pics and move for videos and I loved the outcome. 🤭 We also had a short but informative conversation regarding the Dubai Frame. I also enjoyed a lot with Desert Safari. Our Tour guide — Najam picked us on time. He was very patient with us and was very approachable. He always made sure we are comfortable and are having a good time. A five star experience!

Fast and easy access to the frame . Flexible timing of entry and no time limits for stay on site. We waited until the lights were on in various parts of Dubai. Truly a sight to see!

Everything was perfect, we went with a child, the driver connected us via WhatsApp , picked us up from the hotel , we had two girles more with us, but the car was comfortable and space was enough. We got exciting ride on dunes, even more than expected, but nevertheless it was very careful and safe, thanks for that! Great servis. The evening was spent outside with the supper , dancing events and fireshow, we liked it a lot, it was really good experience for the first time visit!

Beautiful gardens. It was towards the end of their season so the blooms were a little tired. I'd love to see it in full bloom!

Desert safari was an amazing experience. Our host and driver Ranjit made sure we have a thrilling experience besides taking necesssry precautions. Ranji is highly recommended from my personal safari experience. Plus Dubai frame is spectacular and it gives a next level experience.

The Dubai Frame was a pretty cool experience. My husband and I went on a Wednesday afternoon around 2 pm and the line wasn't long at all. The experience does go by pretty fast but you'll be able to capture some great photo opportunities. It's very inexpensive so adding it to your list of sights to see is a must.

It was listed as all-inclusive. Drinks were only available from 7:30 p.m. In addition, the soft drinks were mixed with water, making them undrinkable. The on-site staff insisted on over-consuming for a fee (upgrades cost 50 AED per person...). The meal wasn't good at all. A big disappointment, apart from the activities.

This was an amazing experience and we had so much fun. Our guide Najam added to an excellent experience. This definitely something I would recommend for anyone to enjoy. If you having doubts about it, don't second guess it and do it!!!

This weekend is really well spent with my friend visiting the Dubai Frame. It is a memorable one as we conquer our fears on heights and walking through the glass floor of the frame. The view atop is amazing as you can view the tallest structure on earth, the Burj Khalifa and other superstructures. You can spend ample time enjoying the galass floor and views along with friendly crowds and staffs. Moreover, there's an exhibit showing the United Arab Emirates history and rich culture. Highly recommended!

Our experience for the desert Safari exceeded my expectations specially the guidance we received from our tour guide Khan Saab. Best value for the money and the besr activities that we did in Dubai. 5 star for the experience and 10 star to our tour guide Khan Saab for his communcation and care.

Our driver, Khan Shab, was very punctual in picking us up to take us to the safari. The vehicle was very clean and in excellent condition for the transfer. Syed was very cordial, attentive to all our concerns, very respectful, and helpful. In short, his service was excellent.

Aya Universe is a fantastic, immersive experience! We especially loved the Tide room. My daughter and I had a wonderful visit.

Overall, the experience was total satisfactory, particularly with Mr. Najam, a professional Dune bash driver who provided an exhilarating desert ride in a four-wheel drive vehicle. Despite the arid desert setting, the Atlanta tourism desert dance show and buffet provided an enjoyable experience.

The aquarium was nice but i didnt get to see the penguins cuz they were sleeping and wasnt informed beforehand. Aya was nice as well

We had an amazing experience on the desert safari in Dubai! Our guide, Yasir, was absolutely fantastic – extremely helpful, friendly, and a truly skilled driver. Honestly, his dune bashing skills were on par with Yazeed Al-Rajhi, the current Dakar Rally champion – thrilling, smooth, and so much fun! Sandboarding was also an unforgettable experience – I highly recommend everyone to give it a go. After the adventure in the dunes, the camp experience was also great. The atmosphere, the activities, the shows, and the food were all very well organized and enjoyable. Overall, this excursion exceeded all our expectations. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip!

The dune bashing experience was exhilarating so we're the performances at the location. However the food was below average quality.

It was more of an art exhibition. It is very noisy for small children and the children liked the ball pool best. In every room they pushed to go further. Rather uninteresting for children. My children are 3 and 6 years old.
