What’s not allowed
Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark
- Your safety comes first. So, pregnant women and guests with back, neck, joint, and cardiac issues, injuries (casts, bandages, etc), or contagious diseases are restricted from participating in this experience.
- Keep in mind outside food & beverages, glassware, alcohol, glassware, alcohol, selfie sticks, handheld GoPro, other action cameras, shoes, aqua socks with thick and/or rubber soles are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!
- Strict dress code: Guests are allowed to wear a one-piece/two-piece swimsuit, Speedo, rash guard, board shorts, and burkini. Abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing, and sheer/see-through items or other materials deemed inappropriate are not allowed.
- Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction. Guests can purchase swim nappies/diapers from the gift shops in the venue.
- Diving is not permitted anywhere in the resort or Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark.
- Intoxicated guests will be refused entry to Aquaventure Waterpark.
- Mobile phones are only allowed if safely secured in a waterproof neck pouch on Aquaventure Waterpark slides, except for the Vortex body slide.
- Queue-jumping or saving a place in the queue is strictly prohibited. Guests who violate this policy may be asked to leave Aquaventure Waterpark. Guests may not exit a queue and return to the same position for any reason.

- Note that the following are not allowed during this experience: luggage, large bags, or pets.
Dubai Frame
- Smoking is not allowed at the Dubai Frame.
- Don’t lean or climb over the railing, and don’t sit or place children on the railing.
- Toys and sharp tools are not allowed.
- Items displayed in exhibitions must not be touched or removed.
Global Village Dubai
- The public display of affection is not allowed, and indecent behavior (for example, kissing and hugging) is strictly forbidden.
- Wheeled devices such as roller skates, skateboards, bicycles, and scooters are not permitted inside the Park unless they are rented at the Park.
- Note that the following are not allowed in this experience: animals/pets, smoking, food, beverages, and travel luggage/suitcases.
Dubai Miracle Garden
- Shutterbugs, take note: professional photography and drones are not allowed at the venue.
- Keep in mind that the garden strictly prohibits food and drinks, scooters, bicycles, pets, hoverboards, balls, barbeque, and flower picking.
The Lost Chambers Aquarium
- Flash photography is strictly prohibited, as the flash can disturb and harm the marine animals.
- Professional photography equipment (like large tripods or stabilizers) without prior permission.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. Guests exhibiting improper or unruly behavior may be refused entry or asked to leave.

- The dune bashing experience is not suitable for: children aged 3 and under, pregnant women, wheelchair users, people with back and heart problems, people with pre-existing medical conditions, infants, and senior citizens.

The Lost Chambers Aquarium
- This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.
- The Lost World Aquarium offers complimentary admission at the gate to individuals with a valid disability card and their designated caregiver. In addition, up to two accompanying guests can get a 50% discount on their admission tickets and select activities.
Burj Khalifa At The Top Levels 124 and 125
- Tickets are available at time slots of 30 minutes.
- It is recommended to check the weather forecast beforehand to ensure that your views won't be obstructed.
- Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Expect a considerable wait time as you stand in the ticketing queue as well as the elevator queue.
- You can enter only at the time slot you choose during checkout. Once inside, you can stay for as long as you like. Typically, tourists spend an average of 40 minutes at the observatory.
- The sunset hours between 6:30pm and 7pm are the best time to visit the top floors of the Burj. At dusk, the vivid orange skies offer mesmerizing vistas from the vantage point.
Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark
- Life jackets are available at different locations around Aquaventure Waterpark. Ask a lifeguard for assistance.
- Life jackets are required for all swimmers under 1.2 meters (48”) and recommended for weak or inexperienced swimmers of all ages.
- Children aged 3 years and above with a height exceeding 1.2 meters are permitted.
The View at The Palm
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.
- Please enter at the time slot you have booked. You can not enter during prime hours with a non-prime hour ticket.
Evening Desert Safari with BBQ Dinner
- It's recommended to wear light clothes along with comfortable shoes.
- Avoid eating 2-3 hours before the safari trip to avoid any sickness during dune bashing.
- Pick-up and drop-off are limited to specific areas in Dubai.
- Summer season pick-up timings: Between 2pm and 3pm (valid till the end of September 2025).
- This tour can accommodate a maximum of 6 people in 1 group.
- Some entertainment shows may not be available during national holidays and Islamic occasions.
- Guests who wish to opt for sandboarding must inform the operator at the beginning of the tour during hotel pickup.
- The buggy provided for the dune buggy experience can accommodate up to 2 people. Guests who wish to have separate buggies to themselves must make separate reservations for each buggy.
Dubai Frame
- Up to 5 members of single groups are allowed per entry.
- Large bags and strollers must be kept at the GATE 4 Counter.
- Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.
- The venue's operating hours for Ramadan are from 11am to 7pm.
Global Village Dubai
- Entry gates close half an hour before the closing time of the Global Village.
- This ticket is only an admission ticket. Shopping, food, entertainment, rides, and shows held within Global Village Dubai are not included in this ticket and will be at your own cost.
- Entry tickets to the Park are only valid for a single entry between 15 Oct 2025 and May 10, 2026, or such other designated season dates as circumstances require.
- Tuesday is reserved for Ladies, Families, and Couples (except Public Holidays).
- Some Public Holidays (as announced by the UAE Government) are also declared as family days at Global Village, and you are advised to check the Global Village social media channels, the Website, and the App for further information and various updates available at that time.
- Check Ramadan timings on the official website before the visit.
- Respectful attire that covers your torso, shoulders, legs, and knees must be worn by guests at all times.
- Global Village will not refund the cost of entry tickets under any circumstances.
- Re-sale, duplication, or reprinting of tickets is prohibited. Offenders will be subject to legal liability.
- For safety reasons, children must wear safety wristbands provided by Global Village at the Ticketing Booths and Information Kiosks.
- Global Village reserves the right to change Park opening times or temporarily suspend shows, close attractions, rides, or facilities for safety reasons, maintenance issues, or private events, without prior notice or compensation.
- The Park is a tourist destination where filming and photography can occur anytime. By entering the Park, you irrevocably consent to and authorize Global Village, its successors and assigns, to photograph you and/or make sound recordings of you to use worldwide, for any purpose whatsoever, and in perpetuity, all such photographs and sound recordings to be the sole property of Global Village. If you wish to avoid the possibility of being photographed, please do not enter the Park or, if you do, express your wish to the filmmaker/photographer.
- Global Village reserves the right to deny Park entry to any ticket holder and to remove any guest from the Park for any reason (for example, being a safety risk to other guests, affecting other guests’ enjoyment of the Park, and adversely affecting the Park’s operation) and to take appropriate action to enforce this right, without refund or compensation.
Dubai Miracle Garden
- Facilities: Parking, first-aid room, souvenir shops, sitting area, prayer room, and dining options.
- Opening and closing timings should be observed strictly.
- Any instruction from the security personnel should be followed immediately without argument.
- The management has the right to expel any visitor from the park if found posing a great threat to the flowers, or park assets, or involved in misconduct.
The Lost Chambers Aquarium
- Guests under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult at all times.
