Show was good, dolphin and sea lion were amazing to watch. But exeperience can be better by informing about extra park ticket and advise ppl about reaching 30 min prior to venue to secure park entry ticket. Also there was need of physical ticket to be printed manually by zoo officialas and system gitch make long queue of visitors finghting each other to secure physical ticket.

- Car: Start by heading onto Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and then onto Oud Metha Road (D79/E66) after about 1.8 km. Drive straight for approximately 5.9 km, then turn onto 20th Street, which will lead you to Creek Park—home to the Dubai Dolphinarium.

Booking was easy and when we arrived the staff were very helpful and got us ready in minutes. We didn't really know what to expect as never done this kind of thing before but me and my wife were completely thrilled with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff.
When we met 'Tom' the dolphin he was clearly well trained and well looked after. The experience was only 30mins long but one we will never forget. Thank you to all involved.

The booking process with Headout was incredibly smooth. We opted for the meet-and-greet option at 6:20 PM, which included VIP seats for the Dolphin & Seal Show. However, the show was scheduled for 5:00 PM (6.20PM is the timing for the Meet & Greet), which was not clearly mentioned. Thankfully, the team at Dubai Dolphinarium was kind enough to issue us tickets for the next day. The show was amazing. The dolphin encounter lasted only 10 minutes, and our dolphin, Bella, seemed a bit unsettled as her baby was nearby. She frequently went to check on the baby and was also distracted by some loud noises, which unfortunately led to an accidental mishap where my son fell into the water. We were a bit disappointed with the photo and video process. Despite the ease with which they could have shared all the videos, we were given only one photograph and a 7-second video. Considering the original ticket price, this felt quite unfair. Overall a good experience, specially for the kids..
