Show was good, dolphin and sea lion were amazing to watch. But exeperience can be better by informing about extra park ticket and advise ppl about reaching 30 min prior to venue to secure park entry ticket. Also there was need of physical ticket to be printed manually by zoo officialas and system gitch make long queue of visitors finghting each other to secure physical ticket.

We were given tickets of Steel section which is sideways. So the sideway view was not really the ideal one. Apart from the VIP, all tickets are priced the same. I saw a lot of vacant seats. So the better view seats should have been given. I realized that the tourist were not given the front seats. The better seats were given to school kids. I am fine with giving good seats to the school children. However given a side way view seats when the auditorium is not full is a touch disappointing !

I used your app and made book 2 trips all good , then when i tried to book my next trips the payment not working i talk to your employee 2 times and send them the screenshoot they told me to clear cach and wait 2 hours then try again and i did but unfortuanly the issue was the same even if i use the web site so i delet the app. Hope you fix it

It was an unforgettable experience. Being able to get so close to a dolphin is indescribable. The organization was great! There were only three of us, no other people. The booking process with Headout was incredibly smooth. We opted for the meet-and-greet option at 6:20 PM, which included VIP seats for the Dolphin & Seal Show. However, the show was scheduled for 5:00 PM (6.20PM is the timing for the Meet & Greet), which was not clearly mentioned. Thankfully, the team at Dubai Dolphinarium was kind enough to issue us tickets for the next day. The show was amazing. The dolphin encounter lasted only 10 minutes, and our dolphin, Bella, seemed a bit unsettled as her baby was nearby. She frequently went to check on the baby and was also distracted by some loud noises, which unfortunately led to an accidental mishap where my son fell into the water. We were a bit disappointed with the photo and video process. Despite the ease with which they could have shared all the videos, we were given only one photograph and a 7-second video. Considering the original ticket price, this felt quite unfair. Overall a good experience, specially for the kids..

We purchased our dolphinarium tickets on the morning of the show. We were split between Atlantis and the dolphinarium but we chose this as it was closer to us and cheaper as well. The show was amazing, the tricks, the moves, the dance, ball games, everything was brilliant. It is an amazing feeling to watch these animals perform and I will surely recommend this to everyone looking for a unique family experience.
