Quick overview
Ways to explore: Dubai Frame is a self-guided experience. You'll walk through three multimedia galleries at your own pace and step out onto the glass sky bridge 150 metres above the city. Add an English audio guide for narrated context through each gallery zone.
Combo options: Pair Dubai Frame with Miracle Garden, Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, Museum of the Future, AYA Universe, The View at The Palm, Burj Khalifa, a Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour with Dhow Cruise, or a desert safari, and save up to 42% compared to booking separately.
Unique experiences: The Desert Safari + Dubai Frame combo is the most distinct pairing, combining dune bashing, a Bedouin camp BBQ dinner, and live entertainment with your Frame entry. The Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour with Dhow Cruise + Dubai Frame combo covers 20+ city stops plus a traditional creek cruise, making it the best option for first-time visitors covering Dubai broadly.
Queues & access: Pre-booked tickets skip on-site purchase lines but still require security checks and elevator queues during busy periods.
When to book: Reserve ahead during peak seasons and weekends to secure your preferred time slot.
Good to know: Tickets are single entry, timed, and usually offer free cancellation within the specified window.
Best upgrade: The entry ticket with a meal voucher is a wonderful upgrade, allowing you to get 70% off on cafe prices for a delicious meal inside the Dubai Frame.

Things to know before booking your Dubai Frame tickets
Booking window
Standard Dubai Frame tickets are available at the gate, but buying online in advance skips the ticket counter queue and is generally quicker.
There are no fixed time slots for Dubai Frame itself and entry is flexible during operating hours.
Advance online booking is recommended during peak seasons (November–March) when demand is high, even though last-minute slots are common on quieter weekdays.
If you are booking a combo that includes a timed venue (such as the Museum of the Future), you will need to select and honour a specific time slot for that attraction.
Entry & access
Dubai Frame has one entrance: Gate 4 on Al Wasl Road, Zabeel Park.
All visitors go through a standard security screening at this gate and there is no option to bypass it.
Groups are capped at 5 members per entry. Large bags and strollers cannot be brought inside and must be deposited at the Gate 4 counter before you enter.
What’s included
All Dubai Frame tickets cover the full museum experience across the ground floor (Old, Present, and Future Dubai galleries) and access to the sky bridge observation deck at 150 metres, including the glass-floor walkway.
No areas of the Dubai Frame require an upgrade or add-on as the full experience is included in the base ticket.
Upgrades
Audio guide: An optional English audio guide is available via the Headout app when you select the relevant ticket option. Download the app, log in with your booking email, and access the guide through the Audio Guide section in your account before you arrive.
Meal voucher: The meal voucher option is redeemable at Low Battery Cafe and is not applicable for children aged 3 and under. It offers up to 70% off on cafe prices (selected menu combos).
Policies
Children under 3 enter Dubai Frame free. Children aged 3–12 receive a discounted rate.
People of determination and two companions enter free. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, with elevators connecting all levels.
All tickets across this assortment are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
The ticket grants a one-time entry; once you exit, re-entry is not permitted on the same visit.
While Dubai Frame does not enforce a strict dress code, modest clothing covering shoulders and knees is advised, and large bags or strollers must be deposited as per on-site rules.
Must-see features & Dubai Frame views
Old Dubai Gallery
Step into immersive displays that recreate traditional souks and early creek life, setting the stage for Dubai’s transformation. Pro tip: Absorb the historical atmosphere for at least 15 minutes.
Tips & guidelines
Arrive early for the best sky bridge experience. Before 10am on weekdays, the bridge is noticeably quieter and photography is easier without crowds. Midday on weekends is the busiest period.
The glass-floor section starts in the middle of the bridge. If you're visiting with children who might be nervous, prepare them in advance — the rest of the walkway has solid flooring and is not alarming.
The café on the sky bridge level can sell out of popular items. If you've booked a meal voucher, check the menu in advance and arrive knowing what you'd like to order.
Dress modestly. Dubai Frame is a public attraction in the UAE. Long trousers, covered shoulders, and conservative clothing are recommended. This applies to visitors of all genders.
Network reception is available on the sky bridge. Download the audio guide via the Headout app before you arrive if you've selected that option — connectivity at the attraction is generally reliable but downloading in advance is safer.
Photography is permitted throughout. Flash photography is not restricted at Dubai Frame. Tripods are not recommended given the space constraints on the bridge. Drone photography is not permitted within Zabeel Park.
Rules to follow: No food or beverages outside the café zone. No smoking anywhere on the premises. Do not lean over or climb railings. Do not touch or remove exhibition items. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Groups are limited to 5 per entry.
Frequently asked questions about Dubai Frame tickets
All tickets include full access to the Old Dubai, Present Dubai, and Future Dubai galleries on the ground floor, and the sky bridge observation deck at 150 metres — including the glass-floor walkway. Some tickets also include an English audio guide or a meal voucher at Low Battery Cafe, depending on the option selected.
Yes. Pre‑booking guarantees your timed slot and reduces uncertainty during busy periods. Walk‑up options are available but risk long waits especially on weekends or at sunset.
No. There is no official skip-the-line option for Dubai Frame. All visitors enter through Gate 4 and pass through the same security screening. Booking online avoids the ticket counter queue but does not bypass security.
Yes, if you plan to visit more than one attraction. Combos save between 8% and 42% compared to buying tickets separately. The Museum of the Future + Dubai Frame combo and the Miracle Garden + Dubai Frame combo are the most popular pairings.
No on-site guided tours are offered. The audio guide option provides self-guided commentary in English via the Headout app. For context-rich storytelling, the audio guide is the closest equivalent.
Yes. Elevators, ramps, and accessible restrooms are available. Wheelchairs are available on request at Gate 4.
Plan for approximately 45 minutes and 1.5 hours, which includes time in the exhibits, riding the elevator, exploring the Sky Deck, and experiencing the Future Dubai tunnel. Allow extra minutes during peak times or if you enjoy photography.
You can simply avoid the central glass section and stay near the solid viewing areas. Many visitors with a fear of heights choose this option while still enjoying the panoramic views.
No, tickets are valid for a single continuous visit. Once you complete your tour and exit, you cannot re-enter on the same ticket, so plan your time accordingly to cover all areas in one go.
Weekday mornings are typically less crowded, offering a more relaxed experience. Guests visiting during sunset may enjoy dramatic lighting but should anticipate heavier crowds and longer queue times.
Children aged 2 and under enter free. People of determination and up to two companions also receive complimentary admission.

What to expect at Dubai Frame?
1/6
Arrive at Zabeel Park and approach Gate 4
The Dubai Frame rises before you — a 150-metre rectangular steel structure sheathed in glass and gold, sitting at the edge of Zabeel Park. The scale is striking even from the ground. Pass through security and collect your ticket before stepping inside.
Begin in the Old Dubai Gallery
The ground floor museum takes you back to Dubai's origins as a fishing and pearl-diving village. Multimedia exhibits use archival photographs, dioramas, and interactive displays to trace the city's cultural roots with the traditional souks, the wind-tower architecture of Al Fahidi, and the rhythms of life along Dubai Creek before the oil era.
Move through to the Present Dubai and Future Dubai galleries
The Present Gallery charts Dubai's transformation into a metropolis through 3D models, timelines, and interactive screens spotlighting landmarks like Burj Khalifa, the Palm Jumeirah, and Dubai Mall. The Future Gallery shifts into speculation: AI, sustainability, smart city systems, and Dubai's long-term urban vision are presented through augmented reality and immersive installations.
Take the panoramic elevator to the sky bridge
The elevator ride to the top takes under a minute. Step out onto the enclosed sky bridge at 150 metres and look south: the towers of Sheikh Zayed Road and Downtown Dubai fill the frame. Turn north: the low-rise neighbourhoods of Karama, Bur Dubai, and Umm Hurair spread out in sand-coloured grids, with Dubai Creek shimmering beyond.
Walk across the glass-floor bridge
The 100-metre walkway connecting the two towers of the Frame has a transparent glass floor section in the centre. The city is directly below your feet. It is not especially harrowing, but the sensation of standing above open air above a busy urban district is a memorable one.
Allow 45 minutes to 1.5 hours total
The galleries can be explored at a comfortable pace in around 30–45 minutes. The sky bridge and its views account for another 15–30 minutes depending on how long you choose to linger. The on-site café on the observation level is a convenient spot for a coffee before heading down.

Old Dubai Gallery
Location: Ground floor, south tower

Access: Yes (included with all tickets)
Present Dubai Gallery
Location: Ground floor, bridge level
An immersive multimedia exhibit tracking Dubai's metamorphosis from the 1970s to the present day. Interactive 3D models and timeline displays spotlight the construction of the Palm Jumeirah, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Mall, and chart the city's evolution into a global financial and tourism hub.
Access: Yes (included with all tickets)
Future Dubai Gallery
Location: Ground floor, north tower
A forward-looking installation covering smart city planning, artificial intelligence, renewable energy, and Dubai's 2040 Urban Master Plan. AR and VR elements allow visitors to interact with speculative city models and future infrastructure concepts.
Access: Yes (included with all tickets)
Sky Bridge & Glass-Floor Walkway
Location: Top of the Frame, 150 metres above ground
The centrepiece of the Dubai Frame experience. The enclosed sky bridge spans 100 metres between the two towers at the top. A central section of the walkway has a transparent glass floor, placing the Zabeel Park grounds and the city directly below your feet. On a clear day, you can see the Burj Khalifa to the south and Dubai Creek to the north simultaneously.
Lockers / Bag storage: Large bags and strollers are not permitted inside. Drop them at the designated counter at Gate 4 before entering.
Restrooms: Available on the ground floor and at the observation level.
Café: Low Battery Cafe is located on the observation level and serves coffee, tea, soft drinks, and light food. Meal vouchers are redeemable here.
Souvenir shop: Located near the ground floor exit, stocking branded merchandise and traditional Emirati gifts.
Parking: Paid parking is available inside Zabeel Park via Gate 4.
Prayer rooms: Dedicated prayer rooms for men and women are available within the facility.
Accessibility: Elevators connect all levels. Ramps are available at entrances. Accessible restrooms are on both floors. Wheelchairs are available on request. People of determination and two companions receive free entry.
Dubai Frame is fully accessible for visitors with mobility needs. All entrances at Gate 4 are wheelchair accessible, and elevators connect the ground floor to the sky bridge level. Accessible restrooms are available on both floors.
Wheelchairs are available on request at the Gate 4 reception counter. The glass-floor walkway and sky bridge are accessible via the elevator.
People of determination receive complimentary entry, along with two accompanying companions. Proof of disability may be requested.
Note: The glass-floor section of the walkway may be uncomfortable for visitors with a fear of heights, though there is no requirement to stand on it — visitors may walk around the sides.
Dubai Frame does not have a full restaurant. The on-site dining option is:
Low Battery Cafe | Located next to Dubai Frame, this compact café offers views of the surrounding skyline, serving espresso drinks, teas, soft drinks, and light snacks. If you've selected the meal voucher ticket option, a discount on one combo from the café menu is included. Check your voucher for the specific redemption menu.
Nearby dining options within a short walk or taxi ride from Zabeel Park Gate 4 include Pind Da Dhaba (casual Punjabi, Sheikh Rashid Road), Manvaar Restaurant (Indian, Al Karama), and Al Barajeel Mandi (Yemeni, Sheikh Rashid Road).
Dubai Frame has one on-site souvenir outlet.
Dubai Frame Gift Shop | Located on the Ground floor, near the exit, this is a small retail space selling Dubai Frame-branded keepsakes and general Dubai souvenirs.
Must-buy: the miniature Dubai Frame replica, available in multiple sizes.
Also available: keychains, photo magnets, snowglobes, mugs, and traditional Emirati craft items. A few outdoor kiosks near Gate 4 also stock similar souvenir ranges.

Truly, it was an unparalleled experience in this beautiful and unique park in Dubai. Also, the experience of buying tickets from the Headout website was truly heartwarming. I recommend buying from them and dealing with them. Their prices are very competitive with others, as we bought 4 tickets at a lower price than others, even from the park's own ticket office. Thank you to your wonderful team, Headout.

I recently visited AYA Universe in Dubai, and honestly, it felt like stepping into another world. The entire experience is a beautiful mix of lights, sound, and interactive art that keeps you amazed from start to finish.
Each room has its own unique theme some are calming and magical, while others are vibrant and full of energy. I especially loved how immersive everything was; it’s not just something you see, but something you feel and become part of.
The visuals are absolutely stunning, and it’s a perfect place for photography as well. Every corner looks like a scene straight out of a sci-fi movie. It’s great for couples, friends, or even solo visits if you just want to experience something different and creative.
Overall, AYA Universe is definitely worth visiting if you’re in Dubai and looking for something unique and unforgettable. I would highly recommend it!

I recently visited AYA Universe and booked my tickets through Headout, and honestly the whole experience was super smooth from start to finish. The booking process on the app was very easy to use, and I even got a really good discount compared to the regular ticket price, which made it even better.
The tickets were confirmed instantly, and I didn’t face any issues at the entrance, and everything was quick and seamless. It saved a lot of time, especially since the place can get quite busy.
AYA Universe itself was such a unique and immersive experience, and booking through Headout just made the entire visit stress-free and convenient. Definitely recommend using the app if you’re planning to visit attractions in Dubai.
