• Pre-booking tickets online is mandatory.
• Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in.
• Participants must weigh between 40 kg (minimum) and 100 kg (maximum). Please note: some variants may allow up to 120 kg, but the strictest limit is 100 kg.
• Minimum height requirement is 130 cm.
• Individuals under 18 who meet the height and weight requirements may participate independently but must be accompanied and provide a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian.
• Strict safety protocols are in place; a safety briefing and waiver signing are mandatory before participation.
• Free cancellation or modification is allowed up to 72 hours before the scheduled activity.
• To reach the site, drive 30 km to the summit of Jebel Jais Mountain and park at the Zipline Parking area as indicated on your booking confirmation.

What's not allowed

• The maximum weight for each guest per seat is 110kg. Guests beyond this range will have to purchase an extra seat.
• Guests who need a seat belt extender are not permitted to fly.
• Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for children under the age of 2 years.
• Samsung Galaxy Note 7, iPads, selfie sticks, or professional cameras are not permitted to be carried on board the helicopter.
• Baggage/large bags/purses are not allowed on board the helicopter and must be left at the designated lockers.

Accessibility

• This experience is restricted for those with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
• If the guest is 8 months pregnant or more, a valid doctor's certificate is required to confirm that they are medically fit to fly.
• People of determination are welcome to fly, but they must be accompanied by a paying adult who can assist them.

• A maximum of 6 passengers are allowed per flight.
• Guests are required to arrive 45 minutes prior to the helicopter tour timing.
• Children aged between 2 and 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

• The names of the guests booked for the skydiving experience must match the names on their passports. Any changes to the names after the booking has been processed will be charged at AED 300 per name and must be paid at the time of check-in.
• Wear comfortable and athletic clothes along with sneakers or sports shoes.
• The Skydive Dubai Tandem Waiver and Insurance Policy form must be completed and signed by all participants.
• Participants aged 70 years and above are required to fill out the Declaration of Fitness form and have it signed and stamped by their doctor before arrival.
• SkyDive Dubai staff will weigh you (with your shoes and clothes on) when you check in on the day of your skydive.
• The flight may not take place when the weather conditions are poor. If you feel unsure about the weather on the day of your experience, you can reach out on the details mentioned in your confirmation voucher to check your flight status.
• Restrictions exist for safety reasons; as such, no exceptions will be made.
• Flights are available seven days a week, with the option of sunrise or sunset timings.

Ski Dubai Snow Park

• For safety reasons, children below the age of 2 are not allowed to enter Ski Dubai.
• Phones and cameras are not allowed into the penguin encounter area.

Global Village

• The public display of affection is not allowed and indecent behavior (for example kissing and hugging) is strictly forbidden.
• Wheeled devices such as roller skates, skateboards, bicycles, and scooters are not permitted inside the Park unless they are rented at the Park.
• Note that the following are not allowed in this experience: animals/pets, smoking, food, and beverages, travel luggage/suitcases.

Accessibility

Ski Dubai Snow Park

• Please note that the Zorb Ball (Giant Ball) ride and the Mountain Thriller are not recommended for senior citizens, pregnant women, or those with back and neck problems.
• Skiers/snowboarders under Intermediate Level 2 won't be allowed on the slopes.

Ski Dubai Snow Park

• For slope sessions, skiers/snowboarders must be at Intermediate Level 2. Otherwise, access to the slope won't be allowed.
• Winter gear provided: jackets, trousers, disposable socks, boots, skis/snowboard, and poles.
• Helmets are mandatory for children under the age of 13.
• An adult should accompany children under 14 years old.
• Caps are not included in the winter attire provided so please bring your own should you be particularly sensitive to cold weather.

• Entry gates close half an hour before the closing time of the Global Village.
