Price was really good and cheaper than any other site. Had no issue using my tickets at the attractions we went to. Definitely recommend using Headout

Both of my SO are POD. It will be probably easier if they can send out tickets thru email as well for them. We were told that they are free at the desk when they've arrived. But we don't waste another day just assuming that it will be free of charge because the slots gets full. Nevertheless they enjoyed the tour.

The whole experience is amazing. Lived the glass floor experience. The view of the frame from either side. In addition, loved the views from the top of old and new Dubai.

This Dubai Frame visit turned out to be the most memorable part of my Dubai trip! Thanks to the Headout app, booking was a breeze – just a few taps and I had my slot secured. I went during golden hour and got to admire the contrasting views of old and new Dubai from the top – breathtaking doesn’t even begin to cover it. The Dubai Frame's view of old Dubai and new Dubai was breathtaking. The staff there are very accommodating, especially Saleem — who took such stunning photos and videos of me. He even thought me how to pose for pics and move for videos and I loved the outcome. 🤭 We also had a short but informative conversation regarding the Dubai Frame. I also enjoyed a lot with Desert Safari. Our Tour guide — Najam picked us on time. He was very patient with us and was very approachable. He always made sure we are comfortable and are having a good time. A five star experience!

Fast and easy access to the frame . Flexible timing of entry and no time limits for stay on site. We waited until the lights were on in various parts of Dubai. Truly a sight to see!

Beautiful gardens. It was towards the end of their season so the blooms were a little tired. I'd love to see it in full bloom!

Desert safari was an amazing experience. Our host and driver Ranjit made sure we have a thrilling experience besides taking necesssry precautions. Ranji is highly recommended from my personal safari experience. Plus Dubai frame is spectacular and it gives a next level experience.

The Dubai Frame was a pretty cool experience. My husband and I went on a Wednesday afternoon around 2 pm and the line wasn't long at all. The experience does go by pretty fast but you'll be able to capture some great photo opportunities. It's very inexpensive so adding it to your list of sights to see is a must.

The venues themselves were adequate, but the entire experience was severely marred by the abysmal functionality of the Headout app and website. Their clumsy, poorly built automated system repeatedly blocked me from purchasing tickets without explanation, citing fraud prevention. What made matters worse was their customer support. I had to keep reaching out to them just to get basic issues addressed, wasting an unreasonable amount of my time. Despite contacting them multiple times, I received conflicting information and was promised follow-ups on five separate occasions—none of which ever happened. Eventually, someone responded... The only reason I persisted with this mess was because I had credits I needed to use. If not for that, I wouldn’t have hesitated to use a more reliable platform. Headout’s systems and service are simply not fit for purpose.

Had an amazing experience visiting Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and Burj Khalifa Dubai – both iconic in their own way! Ferrari World was all about thrill and speed – especially the Formula Rossa, the world’s fastest roller coaster! An absolute must-try if you love adventure. Burj Khalifa was just magical. The experience was smooth, the QD tickets were directly scannable. Going for burj in the night 9:30/10pm slot. Let's you skip any queue and enjoy the kighting and view for yourself. The museum of the future tour is very interesting, stay there for the 3rd floor, it's a therapy session of it's own with the calming activities. You can soend as much time inside the museum as you want.

Though the weather was hot but the experience of visiting 124 & 125th Floor at the Top of Burj Khalifa was very good and memorable I wanted to go to 148th floor but was too expensive, I request Headout to conisder discounts when more than 1 person is visiting. But its worth visiting, I really enjoyed the visit and look forward to visit again with Family

It was very organised. The Tour guide Soni contacted via WhatsApp several times that day and even with an exact pick up time. He was very polite and curtious as I was a solo female traveler. He took pictures for me and always checked in during activities. This was my first tour as a solo traveler and I couldn't have been happier how comfortable Soni made me feel. Great tour highly recommend especially the sand dunes very skilled driver

Buying tickets was very straightforward. The tower is fabulous, very well organised with friendly staff. Everything ran like clockwork. It was informative and the views were incredible! We loved our visit!

I highly advise everyone to take the opportunity and buy combined tickets, for example Burj Khalifa + aquarium on the territory of Dubai Mall - it's just fantastic. Everything is in one place, you can first go up to Burj Khalifa 124-125 floors (you have to go up there at exactly the specified time, and you can stay up there - as much as you like), there is a terrace, for more fullness of sensations and better quality photos....Enjoy the view of the city and the sea - you can go for a snack on the top floor of Dubai Mall, where a lot of all kinds of cafes, burger shops, etc. are concentrated. And then watch the aquarium, rainforest, penguins with crocodiles, feed the fish and many other things, no less interesting...you can come to the aquarium at any time, but the only thing is, of course, on the day for which you bought a ticket. I started my tour at six o'clock to get to the observation deck of Burj Khalifa and catch the sunset - it's very beautiful, you have to see, the photo can not convey it... I had 5 hours for all the adventures together with the aquarium. Since the center works until 00:00 hours, no problems, a couple of hours at altitude - rest and a snack - a trip to the aquarium, everything is just super!!!!

Despite a shaky start as I was at the Dubai Mall and then caught a taxi to the Burj only to find out the entrance to At The Top was back at Dubai Mall, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The lift to the top was amazing as were the views.

Everything from the space area to the genbar and the building itself. A must!

All went well. Got pioneer wristband and we avoided the long queue. Also promised credit 50aed was included per wristband. Mueseum itself was fun, there are some very distant future topics and some prototypes of our recent achievements. Was expecting some near future everyday topics also but this was lacking.

A marvel, buying my tickets through Headout was the best, I highly recommend them.

Aya universe was no problem easy quick enter. But IMG world adventure is i am waiting about 1 hours because they said you can't go 2 person 1 bar cord. It's wrong tickets. I was explaining but they said no and I am waiting with my kids. This is was warry a lot and I don't know why.

Predator and velociraptor were an unforgettable experience. The food from the makeshift stands were somewhere between mediocre and good. The staff were kind and helpful. In conclusion, this theme park has a place for everybody, from children to thrill-seekers; giving everyone an enjoyable experience. It's a once in a lifetime experience that stands out from the rest and supports diverse characters and moments which give memorable moments and imaginative cases where creative minds are exponential

We visited as a family of four with two kids (6 and 10 years old) and really enjoyed the experience. The futuristic exhibits were impressive, and the kids had fun at the Future Heroes zone. A unique and inspiring place—worth a visit!
