Things to know before booking your Ski Dubai tickets

Let's first discuss the broader options: your entry tickets allow you to choose from a Snow Classic Pass, Snow Plus Pass, or a Snow Premium Pass. While all three passes include access to winter gear, locker access, and common rides & activities such as the Chairlift, Mountain Thriller, zorbing, tubing and more., here is the major difference:
– Classic vs Plus: you can choose between a skiing or zipline experience for only AED 35 more with a Snow Plus Pass; these activities are not included in the Classic Pass.
– Plus vs Premium: get a 40-minute penguin encounter AND a 60-minute ski and snowboard discovery lesson with a Premium Pass, not included in the Plus Pass. The Premium Pass does not include the zipline activity.
The Snow Plus Pass offers the best of both worlds with unlimited access to all rides and attractions, along with access to either a slope session or two zipline tours. It's ideal budget-wise and can be used by adults and children across all ages.
If you're here only to ski, go for the Slope Session tickets.You can access all slopes for either two hours or the whole day, depending on which ticket variant you choose. Note that you need to be an experienced skier, with an Intermediate Level 2 or higher qualification. Winter gear rental (including skis/snowboard and poles) and a locker are included.

Grab your wristband

Head to the ticket counter on your left and show them your confirmed e-ticket. They'll issue you a wristband based on your chosen package.

Glove up

On the left side, just in front of the counter, show your new wristband to collect your cozy fleece gloves.

Scan & suit up

Scan your wristband at the turnstile. On your left, you'll find all the winter gear you need: snow boots, a jacket, and track pants.

Chill and change:

There's a seating area ahead where you can get comfy. Swap your clothes for snowy attire and stash your personal belongings (shoes, bags, etc.) in a locker nearby. These lockers open and close like magic – just scan the QR code on your wristband!

So if you are in Dubai during the low period and are craving a winter escape, Ski Dubai is the the right place for you. Early hours during weekdays mean you will face fewer crowds.

Changing rooms: Lockers are available to store your belongings. Don't forget to bring a swimsuit to enjoy the Snow Park's Snow Bullet zipline!
Après-Ski: While there's no food available inside Ski Dubai, there are plenty of restaurants outside the Snow Park in the Mall of the Emirates.
Rental shops: You can rent warm wear to enter the theme park, as the temperature is always below -2°C. They do not provide caps, but they do have trousers, jackets, disposable socks, and gloves.
Other facilities: The mall has Restrooms, ATMs, and Wi-Fi that visitors to the theme park can use.

Wheelchair accessibility: All areas except the skiing slopes are accessible to wheelchair users.
Special equipment is available upon request.

General: Children under 2 are not permitted in Ski Dubai. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult (16+). Helmets are mandatory for anyone under 13 years old.
Snow Bullet: This zipline has specific restrictions. Pregnant women, those with certain medical conditions, children under 8, or those who do not meet the height/weight requirements cannot ride the Snow Bullet. Adults exceeding 120kg are also not permitted.
The Slopes: Skiers and snowboarders aged 3-8 can enter with adult supervision. Those aged 9-14 require a parent/guardian to be within the Mall of the Emirates. Helmets are mandatory for children under 13, and anyone under 18 needs a signed waiver.
Penguin encounters & ski lessons: Check in 40 minutes before your scheduled time at the Penguin Encounter meeting desk or Ski School.
Throwing snow is not allowed, as snow crystals can be sharp and hurt someone.
Waiver: Don't worry, signing a waiver is quick and easy – just a formality to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time.

Ski Dubai is a snow-laden skiing park where you can ski as per your proficiency level. They also have instructors who will help you learn and assist. This park also has a snow park, snow cinema, and cafes and shops, along with other exciting activities and attractions.

What tickets are available for Ski Dubai?

Tip: If you’re visiting on a particularly crowded day, visit the popular rides early in the day or during meal times to avoid long queues.
Guests with disabilities need to show a Person of Disability ID card at the Guest Relations counter to receive a POD wristband (a blue bracelet that grants VIP fast-track access to all rides and attractions). In cases of visible disability and no POD ID card, guests can show a normal ID requesting a POD bracelet.

Well, I bought a ticket for 2 hours on the slope but it was no problem that I stayed for more then 3 hours. :) I still have my doubts about Headout, I made several bookings with them in Dubai and not all of them went as expected. Still communicating with them about a trip that went not as it was planned.. For now I give them 2 stars out of 5.

No issue with tickets issue was in the park a few of the big rides broke down but there was other rides but only fast pass people could use so they kept general users in the queue, this was inside a building that was so hot kids were being physically sick. We ordered food & was told we had to buy the free refill cup which was ok but then it wasn't free you had to pay to top it up. To top it all off taxi back to hotel wasn't a proper taxi although in the taxi queue & was 3 times the price! They shouldn't be allowed

Visiting the Burj Khalifa was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The moment you step into the building, everything feels grand and futuristic. The elevator ride to the top was incredibly smooth and fast—it took less than a minute to reach the 124th floor! The view from the observation deck is breathtaking. You can see the entire city of Dubai, the desert, and even the coastline. It’s especially beautiful around sunset when the sky changes color and the city lights begin to sparkle. The staff was helpful, and the whole experience was well-organized. We also enjoyed the fountain show right outside, which adds even more magic to the visit. If you're coming to Dubai, the Burj Khalifa is a must-visit landmark. I highly recommend booking your tickets in advance, especially for the sunset slot. It's worth every dirham! I went with the kids, so I could not enjoy as much as I would have wished. But the gazebo was very helpful for our group. The 2 highest rides had a magnificent view. I didn't manage to reach the flow rides since they were a bit far from the gazebo and I needed to keep an eye on the kids. The small waterslides were very good for non swimmer kids. I highly advise everyone to take the opportunity and buy combined tickets, for example Burj Khalifa + aquarium on the territory of Dubai Mall - it's just fantastic. Everything is in one place, you can first go up to Burj Khalifa 124-125 floors (you have to go up there at exactly the specified time, and you can stay up there - as much as you like), there is a terrace, for more fullness of sensations and better quality photos....Enjoy the view of the city and the sea - you can go for a snack on the top floor of Dubai Mall, where a lot of all kinds of cafes, burger shops, etc. are concentrated. And then watch the aquarium, rainforest, penguins with crocodiles, feed the fish and many other things, no less interesting...you can come to the aquarium at any time, but the only thing is, of course, on the day for which you bought a ticket. I started my tour at six o'clock to get to the observation deck of Burj Khalifa and catch the sunset - it's very beautiful, you have to see, the photo can not convey it... I had 5 hours for all the adventures together with the aquarium. Since the center works until 00:00 hours, no problems, a couple of hours at altitude - rest and a snack - a trip to the aquarium, everything is just super!!!!

We visited the Burj Khalifa as a family of four—dad, mom, and two daughters—on a Wednesday at 1 PM, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable parts of our Dubai trip. Getting in through Dubai Mall was straightforward, and since we went on a weekday in the early afternoon, the crowds were light and the whole experience felt calm and well-paced. The elevator ride up was quick and exciting, taking just about a minute. Our daughters loved watching the digital floor display as we climbed higher and higher. When we reached level 124, we were able to step out onto a small open-air terrace. Feeling the breeze that high up and taking in the panoramic views of the city, desert, and ocean was truly special. One of the highlights for us was the set of decorative wings located inside on level 125. These wings are perfectly positioned for taking photos with the skyline in the background and made for a great family shot. There were also other photo spots and plenty of space to walk around without feeling rushed or crowded. Level 125 also had interactive displays where you could zoom in on landmarks below, which the kids found fun and engaging. The whole experience was smooth, family-friendly, and thoughtfully designed. We appreciated that there was time and space to really enjoy the moment and take it all in. We also purchased family photos and souvenirs in the gift shop. Overall, it was a beautiful way to see Dubai from above, and a memory we’ll always treasure as a family.

Your safety comes first so guests with high blood pressure and back issues, and pregnant women are restricted from participating in the Snow Bullet ride.

Dolphin and Seal Show

Tip: Keep your eyes peeled for special tricks from the dolphins, like their famous ball balance.
Strollers are not allowed inside the show arena.

The pass is valid for 30 days following the first usage at any attraction or tour.
