What tickets are available for Ski Dubai?

We offer Entry Tickets (Classic or Plus Pass) for access to the Snow Park, Slope Session Tickets for experienced skiers/snowboarders, and Combo Tickets that combine Ski Dubai with other Dubai attractions.

What's the difference between the Ski Dubai Classic and Plus Pass?

The Classic Pass includes unlimited access to most Snow Park activities and one ride on the Chairlift and Mountain Thriller. The Plus Pass adds unlimited rides on the Chairlift and Mountain Thriller, plus the option to choose either 2 hours on the slopes (for experienced skiers/snowboarders only) or 2 rides on the Snow Bullet zipline. The Plus Pass also includes a locker.

Do tickets include winter gear?

Yes! Entry Tickets (both Classic and Plus) include winter gear rental (jacket, pants, socks, and boots) and free fleece gloves. Slope Session Tickets also include winter gear rental (including skis/snowboard and poles) and a locker.

Do I need to book my Ski Dubai tickets in advance?

It's recommended to book your tickets in advance, especially during peak season. You can book online or at the venue (subject to availability).

What are the age restrictions to go to Ski Dubai?

Children under 2 are not permitted in Ski Dubai. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult (16+).

Can I leave my children alone at Ski Dubai?

At Ski Dubai, children below 14 years old should be under adult supervision.

Are there any height or weight restrictions for rides in Ski Dubai?

Yes, there are height and weight restrictions for the Snow Bullet zipline. Children must be over 8 years old, 120cm or more in height, and weigh over 30kg. Adults exceeding 120kg cannot ride.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes, if you plan to go on the slopes, you'll need to sign a waiver form. Ski lessons also require a waiver signed by a guardian for anyone under 18.

Do I need any special clothing or gear to enter Ski Dubai?

Ski Dubai provides winter gear rental (jacket, pants, socks, boots) for most tickets. Fleece gloves are also included. You can bring your own thermals to wear underneath if you prefer.

What are the Ski Dubai park rules?

Wheeled devices such as roller skates, skateboards, bicycles, and scooters are not permitted inside the Park unless they are rented at the Park.

Entry tickets to the Park are only valid for a single entry between 15 Oct 2025 to May 10, 2026, or such other designated season dates as circumstances require.
Tuesday is reserved for Ladies, Families, and Couples (except Public Holidays).
