Buying tickets was very straightforward. The tower is fabulous, very well organised with friendly staff. Everything ran like clockwork. It was informative and the views were incredible! We loved our visit!
A TOP experience on the world's highest peak. MAGNIFICENT 🤩 A special mention also to all the staff (kind, attentive and a very, very well-maintained and clean site).

The systematic approach. The view definitely and the way the whole experience has been monitozed. Very commendable indeed
Clean, modern, and interesting - but huge queues to get in and out (over 2h up, over 1h down) with toilet on wrong side of queue system causing tension when you need to get back to your family. If I'd have known the delays before and after I would have wanted Headout to provide upgrade option as I probably would have bought it to waste less holiday time in the queues.
I was just searching for "at the top tickets" and i found out dubai tickets site where I booked tickets at around 7:15PM for 8PM slot and surprisingly I booked with so much each.
Nice attraction. We enjoyed the full day at Downtown with good food in Dubai Mall. In the evening Fountain show was chery on the cake.
Impressive view from the top. We chose the time when you can watch the sunset, and we didn't regret it. There are a lot of people, but the emotion redeems everything
Ticketing is okay. Just a longer wait in a que towards Burj khalifa that's the uneasy part.
Headout turned out to be my best buddy when I needed it on Dubai.
the amazing view of the city panorama at sunset makes a really big impression.
This place is perfect for me, I enjoy here
All ok convenient nice expeeiecs

Everything, the tickets were very easy to use., just to show and go insiste.
It is a spectacular view. I recommend it
The view, politeness of employees, the elevator ride to the 124th floor.
Breathtaking view, you can see 360.
I was everything perfect. Thank you very much for the tour!
My family enjoy very much beautiful place very cleanliness
Everything was super,very good driver
Priority entrance, relaxing environment, coffee, tea, juice & biscuits whilst admiring the incredible views. What an awesome experience
It was easy to buy tickets from Head out. At first, I was apprehensive when I bought the tickets because of so many negative reviews. I even called the main office in New York for confirmation because we only have one ticket for the 2 of us. There were no problems in entering. We even entered the site one hour ahead of our scheduled time, prob because there were not a lot of tourists. We visited on May 22, 2025
My experience for he first time at top of Burj Khalifa is super amazing ..soo smooth booking process of headout.. We were visit at 124&125 floor and seriously the sunset views we get was like my dream come true 😍 We enjoyed a lot .. All thanks to head out for the booking ..
After trying for over an hour to secure the ticket on the official site that did not work, I was able to secure my ticket at the desired time slot with Headout in a minute. Absolutely worth the really small price difference. From then all worked well, even if contrary to the QR code for Burj Kalifa that was retrievable in the app I had to enter the aquarium searching for the QR code in the pdf of the ticket. Took some more steps. But not a hustle.
It was an amazing experience to have seen the top view of Dubai from The Top at Burj Khalifa. We have spent almost two hours at 124-125 floors, and still can't get over with the experience after leaving the world's tallest building. Hope to visit next time the other top floors of Burj Khalifa for another amazing adventure!
I was in such awe but after I did the pictures I kept asking how much couldn't get an answer I felt so pressured he was telling me all he was going to do with the picture I bought again didn't know how much all of a sudden I get a bill for over $200 USD As a travel agent I send clients to experience this very dissapointing I may submit to my credit card company

A Splashing Good Time at Wild Wadi – Smooth Booking with Headout! Our day at Wild Wadi Water Park was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked through the gates, the atmosphere was fun, family-friendly, and full of energy. The park offers a wide variety of rides — from thrilling water slides like Jumeirah Sceirah to the relaxing lazy river and kid-friendly play areas. It’s perfect for families, couples, or even solo visitors looking to cool off and have fun. What really made the experience smooth and stress-free was booking our tickets through the Headout app. The process was incredibly quick and convenient — just a few taps, and we had our digital tickets ready to scan at the entrance. No printing, no waiting in long lines, and the app even gave us helpful reminders and park details in advance. The staff at Wild Wadi were friendly and helpful, locker rentals were easy, and the entire park was clean and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the shaded areas and availability of refreshments throughout the day. If you’re planning a visit to Wild Wadi, I highly recommend using Headout to book your tickets. It made the whole process seamless, so we could focus on enjoying every splash!
It was great family experience! However it was Eid so the amount of people was crazy, took 45 min to enter the park. Bigger slides took 1h waiting time. Not blaming the park, it was holidays ) should have thought better ☺️
Great experience! Super easy ticket purchase, very easy to redeem at the park's entrance. The park was not crowded, so everything was smooth and fast - entering the park, purchasing food and bewerages, photos and even most of the rides - waiting times were between 0 - 15 mins. We had a great day!
Loved Everything about it for sure a one timer in dubai
Nice meal, and nice rides. As always was discounted price by Headout.

We visited Motion gates for the second time, and I think not the last. Everything was super, kids loved it, and adults too, there are attractions for different ages, very clean, beautiful, despite the fact that the place is not new, all around well-groomed as if the opening was only yesterday. Friendly staff and delicious food👍🏼

A great day out at motiongate, I was a bit sceptical about buying tickets online as they were alot cheaper but it worked out perfectly
Ticket was easy to get and also direction sms what you guys send is amazing to lead me to places and what I have access to. Thank you for this experience :)
The highlight of my visit was Dreamworks Rides (Madagascar and How to Train your Dragon) the best animation rides and themes in Motion Gate in addition to Bullet Train in Lionsgate.
Dubai motiongate was an awesome experience ..It's ideal for a family with small kids n teenagers .Its a pretty good day out option .Well organised and lot of eateries n themed restaurants too
Ticketing experience was good. However the motion gate rides were almost half closed and rest had very long waiting times. Moreover, general activities in park were very limited as compared to other theme parks. Need improvements.....

Compose an elegant narrative highlighting the remarkable experience of visiting the Dubai Marine Aquarium, showcasing the breathtaking marine life and immersive exhibits.
Aquarium and zoo was amazing experience. Dubai Frame view from the top was unbelievable. I also loved the last exhibition of "Dubai vision of 2050" in Dubai frame visit. Head out's discounted tickets that was really good value. system giving message something is gone wrong just after payment has gone through can make you nervous that you may not get the tickets. Specially when you have not received the reference I'd for your booking. So system needs sorting.
A lot of people waiting in the cue. We got in straight through. No delay
Very Good experience & good to see
