It was very organised. The Tour guide Soni contacted via WhatsApp several times that day and even with an exact pick up time. He was very polite and curtious as I was a solo female traveler. He took pictures for me and always checked in during activities. This was my first tour as a solo traveler and I couldn't have been happier how comfortable Soni made me feel. I highly advise everyone to take the opportunity and buy combined tickets, for example Burj Khalifa + aquarium on the territory of Dubai Mall - it's just fantastic. Everything is in one place, you can first go up to Burj Khalifa 124-125 floors (you have to go up there at exactly the specified time, and you can stay up there - as much as you like), there is a terrace, for more fullness of sensations and better quality photos....Enjoy the view of the city and the sea - you can go for a snack on the top floor of Dubai Mall, where a lot of all kinds of cafes, burger shops, etc. are concentrated. And then watch the aquarium, rainforest, penguins with crocodiles, feed the fish and many other things, no less interesting...you can come to the aquarium at any time, but the only thing is, of course, on the day for which you bought a ticket. I started my tour at six o'clock to get to the observation deck of Burj Khalifa and catch the sunset - it's very beautiful, you have to see, the photo can not convey it... I had 5 hours for all the adventures together with the aquarium. Since the center works until 00:00 hours, no problems, a couple of hours at altitude - rest and a snack - a trip to the aquarium, everything is just super!!!!

Despite a shaky start as I was at the Dubai Mall and then caught a taxi to the Burj only to find out the entrance to At The Top was back at Dubai Mall, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The lift to the top was amazing as were the views.

The early morning visit was absolutely fantastic! There were hardly any people, which made the experience particularly pleasant - no long waiting times and plenty of peace and quiet to enjoy the view. The sunrise was simply gorgeous - an unforgettable moment with a breathtaking view over Dubai. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the Burj Khalifa - it's worth getting up early!

Clean, modern, and interesting - but huge queues to get in and out (over 2h up, over 1h down) with toilet on wrong side of queue system causing tension when you need to get back to your family. If I'd have known the delays before and after I would have wanted Headout to provide upgrade option as I probably would have bought it to waste less holiday time in the queues.

I’ve been skydiving twice with your team, and my first experience was absolutely amazing—unforgettable, smooth, and filled with excitement. I felt safe and supported the whole time, and I truly appreciated how everything was handled. My second jump on June 5th 2025, however, was a bit more challenging. I had a sunburn and mentioned it to my instructor, but I was still asked to take control of the parachute despite expressing that I was in pain and couldn’t move my arms easily "You have to do it!" she said frustrated. I understand that it’s part of the experience, but it was physically very difficult for me at that moment. While I tried to stay positive and smile in the video and photos, I wasn’t really enjoying it due to the discomfort. I hope future instructors might be a little more flexible in situations like this. I still appreciate the effort and professionalism of the team overall.

I fulfilled my dream and went skydiving over Palm Jumeirah—thank you so much for this incredible experience! However, I gave an average rating because I was treated disrespectfully by the staff member who gathers the participants before the jump. She insisted that I go to the store and buy different leggings, claiming that mine were too short. I want to point out that my leggings were knee-length, and my friends had jumped with your company just a month ago wearing the exact same length without any issues. Despite explaining this, she kept insisting that I buy new leggings, which I didn’t need at all. This was a waste of money and put me in a bad mood right before my jump.

Everything was perfect, we went with a child, the driver connected us via WhatsApp , picked us up from the hotel , we had two girles more with us, but the car was comfortable and space was enough. We got exciting ride on dunes, even more than expected, but nevertheless it was very careful and safe, thanks for that! Great servis. Our evening desert safari was an incredible experience from start to finish. The highlight of the trip was not just the stunning landscape or thrilling activities, but the exceptional service we received from our guide, Ranjit. The dune bashing was exciting and well-paced, offering both adventure and amazing views of the desert. We also had the chance to try quad biking, which added an extra layer of fun to the evening. The live entertainment—especially the belly dancing and tanoura show—was vibrant and engaging. Safari did not meet my expectations. We drove for a very long time just to wait an hour idly for those willing to ride quads (half of the tour was waiting). To ride camels, which were included in the price, you had to wait in a very long queue. In the desert it was hard to take pictures without buildings in the background... out of a six-hour trip, two hours are for attractions. The remaining time is spent driving or waiting in lines.

The process was smooth and simple - exactly as it should be ... after confirming we got an email with the relevant details, the driver contacted us and pick up and return was on time. The event (Desert Safari) itself was pleasant and alot of fun ... plenty of activities and photo opps for very nice memories ... the complaints (more focused on organizers not Headout) is the excessive over-sale ... non-stop since we stepped in until we left were harassed by the sales people on every single step ... in the end it might have been also better to chose the more expensive trip option that included a few of the "pay to access" activities ... hope the organizer can control the sales people or re-organize things differently ... I was with my wife trying to have a little couple time and got interuppted non-stop by them coming one after the other each trying to sell shihsa, juice, ice cream, 10 extra minutes of camel ride, falcon photo, general photos, scarfs, souvenirs, vape, etc etc etc ... it was fxxxking tiring ... in the end we had to act as the "arrogant white tourists" who shouted at the poot workers to leave them alone ... but what else would you do? but the events themselves were fun ... in the end we have a lovely evening and indeed recommend for visitors to Duba it experience it ...

The luxury yacht cruise from Dubai Marina was a really great experience. We thought long and hard about which cruise, how long, from where, what time ... We chose exactly the right one! We chose a time of 20:00 and we booked the upgrade for alcoholic drinks on the spot. The yacht was great, the cruise simply fantastic! The food was good. The duration of the tour was sufficient. The boat stopped in front of the Burj al Arab so that photos could be taken. The staff on board were very friendly and very courteous. We really had a very nice evening!
