No issue with tickets issue was in the park a few of the big rides broke down but there was other rides but only fast pass people could use so they kept general users in the queue, this was inside a building that was so hot kids were being physically sick. We ordered food & was told we had to buy the free refill cup which was ok but then it wasn't free you had to pay to top it up. To top it all off taxi back to hotel wasn't a proper taxi although in the taxi queue & was 3 times the price! They shouldn't be allowed

Bothe experiences were awesome. The offer should state that things like lockers are charged extra. Though not of importance to us this may be important for budget traveller's.

All rides were excellent! The flash and mountain, the Shark attack and river journey were awesome! Really enjoyed! A great n unforgettable experience. Really value for the time and money spent.

Aquaventure is an absolutely fantastic waterpark! All the rides were amazing. However, one thing that needs attention is the time mentioned on the Headout ticket booking website. The website currently lists the park opening time as 9:00 AM, but the actual opening time is 10:00 AM. This caused some confusion and unnecessary waiting at the entrance.

Great time unfortunately ruined by entitled school students. They pushed the lines and climbed railings to get ahead. No consideration for other and the teachers defended it.

Our tickets didn't scan correctly but the staff sorted it out quickly and easily. Fantastic waterpark, enjoyed all the slides we did . Shark Attack was great. We went on it first so only waited a few minutes. Beach was lovely but sadly the weather was not great so we couldn't make the most of it.

Immerse yourself in Atlantis and see some fine specimens of fish and aquatic mammals.

The day I visited, there was an event planned which i wasn't aware of. Hence, I had to exit the venue 1 hour early. The last food order as well was one hour earlier than that. Hence, I couldn't access most of the park. Felt like wasted all my time in queues

Booking online was easy ! We didn't have to wait in the queue ...... like a breeze. The price was good , sometimes some better deals will make us feel lucky ....... like a free pizza / free drinks etc / free lockers .....

Good selection of rides for all ages. Shame the Thor ride was not working that day. Lots of places to eat. Clean and tidy.

My favorite ride was the spider man doc roller coaster, the forbidden territory, and the ben 10 5D show. All of these were very fun and entertaining. I am very happy to say that my visit to IMG was very great and satisfying. And I do hope to visit it in the future.

IMG great being all indoors, lots of good rides for small kids & the entertainment is also very good. Selection of bigger rides is limited although the Spider-Man , Predator, Verocious were very good but short. Would recommend for small children

It was a really good idea to visit IMG World of Adventure on Monday😄we arrived right after the opening and there was no lines and we managed to try almost all the rides! Kids liked the most - the Spiderman and the Avengers rollercoasters! We have not gor to the horror room - the Haunted Hotel as we needed to go already, but now we have a reason to come back👍👍

Bought ticket on my phone in the reception of the view and tickets appeared straight away so could be scanned by the staff. The view was amazing from the 52nd floor, full 360 of the palm and surround big areas, loved it

The interaction with the dolphins was not satisfactory, according to the purchased ticket ''combo ticket'' meet with dolphins should last 1 hour 15 minutes but it lasted only 20 minutes.

The dolphin experince is more comercial. We were here at the Atlantis on dolphin 10 years ago, and then we had the chance to play with the dolphin with the ball, and Kiss the dolphin. Now we just touched it and they took pictures and nothing impressive. The experience with Headout site was great, and for sure we will recomand and use the site again.

The place is fantastic, one of the best waterparks I have been to. It’s impossible to pick and choose between all the activities. I suggest you to do some research about all the attractions else you will miss out on many interesting activities. The app is a great place to find out all on offer.

The experience was smooth, the QD tickets were directly scannable. Going for burj in the night 9:30/10pm slot. Let's you skip any queue and enjoy the kighting and view for yourself. The museum of the future tour is very interesting, stay there for the 3rd floor, it's a therapy session of it's own with the calming activities. You can soend as much time inside the museum as you want.

Though the weather was hot but the experience of visiting 124 & 125th Floor at the Top of Burj Khalifa was very good and memorable I wanted to go to 148th floor but was too expensive, I request Headout to conisder discounts when more than 1 person is visiting. It was very organised. The Tour guide Soni contacted via WhatsApp several times that day and even with an exact pick up time. He was very polite and curtious as I was a solo female traveler. He took pictures for me and always checked in during activities. This was my first tour as a solo traveler and I couldn't have been happier how comfortable Soni made me feel. Great tour highly recommend especially the sand dunes very skilled driver

I highly advise everyone to take the opportunity and buy combined tickets, for example Burj Khalifa + aquarium on the territory of Dubai Mall - it's just fantastic. Everything is in one place, you can first go up to Burj Khalifa 124-125 floors (you have to go up there at exactly the specified time, and you can stay up there - as much as you like), there is a terrace, for more fullness of sensations and better quality photos....Enjoy the view of the city and the sea - you can go for a snack on the top floor of Dubai Mall, where a lot of all kinds of cafes, burger shops, etc. are concentrated. And then watch the aquarium, rainforest, penguins with crocodiles, feed the fish and many other things, no less interesting...you can come to the aquarium at any time, but the only thing is, of course, on the day for which you bought a ticket. I started my tour at six o'clock to get to the observation deck of Burj Khalifa and catch the sunset - it's very beautiful, you have to see, the photo can not convey it... I had 5 hours for all the adventures together with the aquarium. Since the center works until 00:00 hours, no problems, a couple of hours at altitude - rest and a snack - a trip to the aquarium, everything is just super!!!!

Despite a shaky start as I was at the Dubai Mall and then caught a taxi to the Burj only to find out the entrance to At The Top was back at Dubai Mall, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The lift to the top was amazing as were the views.

A magical family day on Sunday August 3! 🎉 The slides were just incredible, with thrills and a good dose of adrenalin 😍. Between two descents, we took advantage of the relaxation areas to recharge our batteries. A perfect blend of fun and relaxation in an absolutely brilliant park!

No issue with tickets issue was in the park a few of the big rides broke down but there was other rides but only fast pass people could use so they kept general users in the queue, this was inside a building that was so hot kids were being physically sick. We ordered food & was told we had to buy the free refill cup which was ok but then it wasn't free you had to pay to top it up. To top it all off taxi back to hotel wasn't a proper taxi although in the taxi queue & was 3 times the price! They shouldn't be allowed

Bothe experiences were awesome. The offer should state that things like lockers are charged extra. Though not of importance to us this may be important for budget traveller's.

All rides were excellent! The flash and mountain, the Shark attack and river journey were awesome! Really enjoyed! A great n unforgettable experience. Really value for the time and money spent.

Aquaventure is an absolutely fantastic waterpark! All the rides were amazing. However, one thing that needs attention is the time mentioned on the Headout ticket booking website. The website currently lists the park opening time as 9:00 AM, but the actual opening time is 10:00 AM. This caused some confusion and unnecessary waiting at the entrance.

Great time unfortunately ruined by entitled school students. They pushed the lines and climbed railings to get ahead. No consideration for other and the teachers defended it.

All ride are fantastic especially the river suranded the water park . Need including the lockers with the tickets.

Loved the waterpark experience with my toddler and family, so many slides especially the lazy river was the best. We later enjoyed exceptional variety of cuisines at Kaleidoscope Buffet Dinner restaurant. Service and food was 10/10

Visiting the Burj Khalifa was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The moment you step into the building, everything feels grand and futuristic. The elevator ride to the top was incredibly smooth and fast—it took less than a minute to reach the 124th floor! The view from the observation deck is breathtaking. You can see the entire city of Dubai, the desert, and even the coastline. It’s especially beautiful around sunset when the sky changes color and the city lights begin to sparkle. The staff was helpful, and the whole experience was well-organized. We also enjoyed the fountain show right outside, which adds even more magic to the visit. If you're coming to Dubai, the Burj Khalifa is a must-visit landmark. I highly recommend booking your tickets in advance, especially for the sunset slot. It's worth every dirham! Ticket purchase was easy, the app was easy to use. The aquarium was great and I really liked the Palm View. Both programs were fantastic, I'm glad I chose this combined solution.

Price is a little less if you buy tickets separately on official sites. Validation is quick, no ticket lines, you just show the bar code at the enterance. Application DOES NOT work without internet! You will not have access to your tickets if you are offline, make sure you screenshot your ticket ahead of visit.
