Booking our desert adventure was very easy despite it being last minute. Customer service was also very helpful with our request. Our tour guide, Mohammad, took care of us very well. We went dune bashing with 2 kids and a senior and he took in mind our preference while making sure we enjoyed the experience. He was very encouraging for all of us to try sandboarding. We all had a blast! He put on music to set the mood in the car and took nice photos at the desert. Camp was clean, lovely food and entertainment. The photographers were too pushy though to sell us photos.

The experience in the desert on the jeeps was amazing, the driver was experienced in driving in the desert and nice. He advised us where to buy and guided us through the whole experience. The show in the camp was also great. thank you

The driver Dawood was good and we had a good dune bashing experience. The quad bike charges are high which we paid separately. The food in the camp Your Trip was not good at all. Some of tje items felt like they were stale. Chicken not cooked properly. The fire show was good. Overall a mixed review.

I actually loved the experience in general and it was a good value for money. The dune bashing was very fun and our guide Ismail played some good music and made it fun. Also our guide at the Buggy was great, he took his time, made effort to take cool pictures and videos of us driving and really made sure we were enjoying the experience. However, we didn't like the constant attempts of many vendors to sell us things, sometimes almost forcing us. And also at the end of the camp shows Ismail insisted that everyone gives him a great review on the spot. I hate being forced to give a fake opinion and this is the main reason for my frustration, otherwise we actually enjoyed most of the tour.

Perfect coms with yourselves, Hassan our guide/driver was amazing for the day. Probably my only disappointment was we paid extra to include the sand buggies and we had literally 5 mins if that before we got called back in , to be honest it was a manic 5 minutes , a bad free for all and very dangerous unsupervised part of the day , I had my 14 and 19 year old grandsons with me was worrying. We had no instructions on how to operate the sand buggies. Apart from that it was a thoroughly enjoyable day thanks to yourselves and Hassan.

a very nice experience, the safari in the desert was the best, i think the crossing before the safari to the pool for the motors was a waste of time, our driver was excellent and also the food in the evening was very good and abundant. the only thing that saddened me was the treatment of the camels, they had to walk up and down a few steps for the tourists, such torture of animals should not be accepted.

The activities were excellent. We had an amazing time. It was worth every penny. Also, our guide/driver Mr Mohammed Fawzy was amazing. His driving skills were exceptional. The guide was a great driver, but he did not speak English or did not like to speak much, so we did not have the chance to interact and understand what the trip was about. It was freat that we did not have to share the car with other people. The bbq dinner was good, but I expected a better environment for it.

Our driver Ameer was great. My mom got car sick and he was super patient. Allowed her to get out of the car, take the rest of the group for the rest of the dunes ride and then returned to her promptly. Very nice.

Overall I liked it. But the camel ride is very short, just for the photo. The boarding was only one launch and they don't give time, it was one after another and you have to get up fast or you will crash with the next one. The food was excellent.

Everything was perfect, we went with a child, the driver connected us via WhatsApp , picked us up from the hotel , we had two girles more with us, but the car was comfortable and space was enough. We got exciting ride on dunes, even more than expected, but nevertheless it was very careful and safe, thanks for that! Great servis. The evening was spent outside with the supper , dancing events and fireshow, we liked it a lot, it was really good experience for the first time visit!

Our evening desert safari was an incredible experience from start to finish. The highlight of the trip was not just the stunning landscape or thrilling activities, but the exceptional service we received from our guide, Ranjit. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. The dune bashing was exciting and well-paced, offering both adventure and amazing views of the desert. We also had the chance to try quad biking, which added an extra layer of fun to the evening. At the desert camp, we enjoyed camel rides, henna painting, and sandboarding, followed by a delicious BBQ dinner with plenty of options. The live entertainment—especially the belly dancing and tanoura show—was vibrant and engaging. What really stood out was the thoughtful gesture from Ranjit—he surprised us with a complimentary Red Dunes Desert Safari, which took the entire experience to another level. It was a beautiful, scenic ride through some of the most striking parts of the desert. This safari is a must-do in Dubai, and with a guide like Ranjit, it becomes truly unforgettable.

Had an amazing desert safari. Pickup was flawless and on time. Guide was experienced and took some great complimentary videos and photos. Great dinner and show and the dune bashing, camel ride, sand boarding and the belly dancing and fire show was incredible. Such great value. Highly recommended.

Our driver connected with us through WhatsApp and came to pick us up from our Hotel. Everything went easy and we had a lot of fun during this Safari trip. Meanwhile there are a lot of opportunities such as fire show, belly dancing, bbq buffet and sandboarding. Highly recommend!

Safari did not meet my expectations. We drove for a very long time just to wait an hour idly for those willing to ride quads (half of the tour was waiting). To ride camels, which were included in the price, you had to wait in a very long queue. In the desert it was hard to take pictures without buildings in the background... out of a six-hour trip, two hours are for attractions. The remaining time is spent driving or waiting in lines.

I have written to you once before about my problem, but I have not received a reply. The problem was this. My husband and my 17-year-old son were forced to sit in child-sized seats in the back of the car. They could barely hold on. So the dune experience was more of a headache and nausea for them. We were really sorry.

I recently booked a private dessert safari tour with Ahmed. He was amazing at his job. He was very humble and polite. Dune bashing was thrilling as well. He also recommended us to the VIP camp which i think was the best as it included buffet and proper seating area. Overall the tour was amazing and i would do it again with Ahmed. Hi there ! Let's start with the negative points : - The duration mentioned was 5h but we finished the activities in about 1:30h - The camel ride took roughly 7mn - The Quad biking activity is held inside a small circle which is good for families with kids... not thrill seekers. There should be a clearer description of the Quad biking activities like what's included or not and the upgrade options so the client won't be surprised when asked to pay 300aed for a ride out of the circle. The positive points : - Good activities for clients who want to have a quick taste of the desert safari and not spend the whole day out. - Ricardo was super friendly yet professional and went out of his way to make sure the experience was a success. - Good value for money if the client doesn't pay any "upgrade" fees. - The dune bashing was entertaining. Will I recommend ? Yes for peolple who want a quick fun activity.

Even though I had a great driver and tour guide, the tour itself was very underwhelming. All the guide did was sit me and 2 other people in his 4x4 land cruiser and just drift around some desert land. When he took us to the camel rides, we found out it was not a ride. We just pose for pictures with the camels. That the actual ride comes at an additional cost. I had quad bike included in my package too, and just like the camel ride, it was mostly to spin the quad bike in circle. The tour guide mentioned that to actual have a camel tour or quad bike tour, this would cost extra hundreds off dollars. No where in headout was this mentioned that the camel and quad bike experience would be just stationary events not actual excursions tours. I actually feel this was poorly advertised and I should get a full refund or partial refund as the tour did not live up to its expectations. Lastly, 1 of the other guests was vomiting during the 4x4 desert tour, as I mentioned before, the 4x4 tour was just mostly going in circles in high speed. Even after all that, I spent an extra money to take pictures with a falcon. At the price I paid for this package, the falcon should have neen included as well as some professional photos. It upsets me that my experience was very underwhelming versus what I had paid for.
