Clean, modern, and interesting - but huge queues to get in and out (over 2h up, over 1h down) with toilet on wrong side of queue system causing tension when you need to get back to your family. If I'd have known the delays before and after I would have wanted Headout to provide upgrade option as I probably would have bought it to waste less holiday time in the queues.

It was easy to buy tickets from Head out. At first, I was apprehensive when I bought the tickets because of so many negative reviews. I even called the main office in New York for confirmation because we only have one ticket for the 2 of us. There were no problems in entering. We even entered the site one hour ahead of our scheduled time, prob because there were not a lot of tourists. We visited on May 22, 2025

After trying for over an hour to secure the ticket on the official site that did not work, I was able to secure my ticket at the desired time slot with Headout in a minute. Absolutely worth the really small price difference. From then all worked well, even if contrary to the QR code for Burj Kalifa that was retrievable in the app I had to enter the aquarium searching for the QR code in the pdf of the ticket. Took some more steps. But not a hustle.

Both the Miracle Gardens & the Frame were great breathtaking experiences. Booking was easy and saved 13%, so thank you. One bad experience was the taxi ride from outside the gardens to the frame, where we were scammed to the tune of 483 Dirham (should have been approx 100) have since read that this seemed to be a common theme.... spoils a good day out, something needs to be done about it. Excellent place with lovely photo opportunities. We went around 4pm and were at the top within 15-20 minutes. Parking was a breeze. The views are very good and the place was not as crowded as Burj Khalifah and it only cost £10 per person compared to £37 for Burj Khalifah. I would personally recommend this instead.

It was very organised. The Tour guide Soni contacted via WhatsApp several times that day and even with an exact pick up time. He was very polite and curtious as I was a solo female traveler. I highly advise everyone to take the opportunity and buy combined tickets, for example Burj Khalifa + aquarium on the territory of Dubai Mall - it's just fantastic. Everything is in one place, you can first go up to Burj Khalifa 124-125 floors (you have to go up there at exactly the specified time, and you can stay up there - as much as you like), there is a terrace, for more fullness of sensations and better quality photos....Enjoy the view of the city and the sea - you can go for a snack on the top floor of Dubai Mall, where a lot of all kinds of cafes, burger shops, etc. are concentrated. And then watch the aquarium, rainforest, penguins with crocodiles, feed the fish and many other things, no less interesting...you can come to the aquarium at any time, but the only thing is, of course, on the day for which you bought a ticket. I started my tour at six o'clock to get to the observation deck of Burj Khalifa and catch the sunset - it's very beautiful, you have to see, the photo can not convey it... I had 5 hours for all the adventures together with the aquarium. Everything was perfect, we went with a child, the driver connected us via WhatsApp , picked us up from the hotel , we had two girles more with us, but the car was comfortable and space was enough. We got exciting ride on dunes, even more than expected, but nevertheless it was very careful and safe, thanks for that! Great servis. The evening was spent outside with the supper , dancing events and fireshow, we liked it a lot, it was really good experience for the first time visit!

Our evening desert safari was an incredible experience from start to finish. The highlight of the trip was not just the stunning landscape or thrilling activities, but the exceptional service we received from our guide, Ranjit. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. The dune bashing was exciting and well-paced, offering both adventure and amazing views of the desert. We also had the chance to try quad biking, which added an extra layer of fun to the evening. At the desert camp, we enjoyed camel rides, henna painting, and sandboarding, followed by a delicious BBQ dinner with plenty of options. The live entertainment—especially the belly dancing and tanoura show—was vibrant and engaging. What really stood out was the thoughtful gesture from Ranjit—he surprised us with a complimentary Red Dunes Desert Safari, which took the entire experience to another level. It was a beautiful, scenic ride through some of the most striking parts of the desert. This safari is a must-do in Dubai, and with a guide like Ranjit, it becomes truly unforgettable.
