What’s not allowed

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
• Large bags, strollers, shopping bags, and suitcases must be stored in the designated baggage room.
• Prohibited items include sharp objects, glass containers, fireworks, pepper spray, firearms, multi-tools, and spray paint.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.
• Pets and service animals are not permitted.

Accessibility

• All observation decks and lounges are wheelchair accessible.
• Accessible elevators and restrooms are available.
• Strollers are not allowed on the decks and must be checked at the entrance.
• Assistance is available on request at the venue.

Additional information

• Children between 3 and 16 years (or under 12, depending on the source) must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Guests should arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled entry time.
• Late arrivals may be denied entry without a refund.
• The average visit lasts approximately 90 minutes. Guests visiting Level 148 may stay there for up to 30 minutes before continuing to Levels 124 and 125.
• All visitors must enter through the Dubai Mall. Direct entry into the tower is not permitted unless you are a resident, hotel guest, or have a confirmed restaurant reservation.
• Free Wi‑Fi is available throughout the observation decks.
• Outdoor access may be restricted in poor weather conditions; refunds are not issued for such cases.
• For the best views, consider visiting just before sunset or during early morning hours when the city is often covered in fog.

• The timeslot you select is for your visit to the Burj Khalifa Observation Deck (Levels 124 and 125).
• Lunch is served after your visit if your timeslot is between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM; dinner is served after your visit if your timeslot is between 6:30 PM and 9:00 PM.
• The Burj Club restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of the Burj Khalifa, not on Level 124 or 125.
• Infants (aged 0–3 years) have complimentary access but do not receive food or beverages.
• The meeting point is at Burj Khalifa LG floor (lower ground), immediately on the left side of the official entry to the Burj Khalifa building named 'At the Top'.
• It can take up to 20 minutes to walk from the Burj Khalifa Metro station to the At the Top counter inside Dubai Mall.
• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for ticket exchange and security checks.

Sky Views Observatory

• Tip: Refuel at the Sky Deck Cafe on the 52nd floor for refreshments and light bites amidst the breathtaking views.
• It's mandatory to carry a passport or Emirates ID.
• Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions, neck or back issues, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.
• Guests shorter than 135cm or taller than 200cm, weighing less than 30kg or over 120kg are restricted from participating in this experience.
• The Glass Slide experience is no longer included in Sky Views Observatory tickets. It will be charged at AED 25 per ride, payable at the attraction's counter or on level 53. Tickets bought before April 1, 2024, will still include the slide experience.
