Burj Khalifa

• Tip: Step outside to the open-air terrace on the 124th floor to get a better look of the city.
• From 1 Dec, Burj Khalifa Prime Hours are from 3pm to 6:30 pm.
• No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside. You can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area located near the entrance. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside. However, any photography for commercial or business purposes at the Burj is strictly prohibited.
• Entry to the Burj Khalifa is time-specific. However, once you're inside, you can stay for as long as you like. People on average spend 40-45 minutes at the observatory.

Museum of the Future

• Tip: Visit the kids' section at the museum for games, activities & workshops that are designed to empower them for becoming future leaders.
• Museum of the Future has a strict policy for maintaining the time slot selected. Besides a grace period of 30 mins before/after the selected time slot, early/late entrance to the Museum will be denied.

• Tip: Take a break from walking and relax in one of the beautiful cabanas in the garden.
• Please note that skip-the-line tickets do not include the option to skip security lines.
• Facilities: Parking, first-aid room, kids' play zone, souvenir shops, sitting area, prayer room, and dining options.
• Getting there: Take the Dubai Metro's red line to Mall of the Emirates Metro Station. From there, catch the 105 bus, which heads to Dubai Miracle Garden. The 105 bus operates every 30 minutes on weekdays and every 20 minutes on weekends.

• Tip: Don’t forget to take a look at the DNA library at the Heal Institute - it features over 2000 species.

• Due to limited capacity, the exact admission time within the selected timeslot will be specified on the guest's ticket upon booking confirmation.
• To avail the credit, guests must present their wristband or Pioneer Pass Ticket at the retail shop during operating hours.
• Facilities: Free WiFi.
• In rare cases, some attractions may be closed for scheduled maintenance. We recommend checking the venue website and planning ahead to avoid closure dates.
• Some attractions may require reservations. Your pass must be valid on the day of the reservation.
• You can visit each attraction only once.

• Guests must wait in line and board the next available cabin. Queue jumping is not permitted.
• The number of guests permitted per cabin is subject to change based on current health and safety regulations. The standard maximum capacity is 40 passengers, with the exception of private cabins.
• To ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, limitations may be imposed on the size and number of bags, backpacks, suitcases, and similar items permitted on board.
• All bags will be inspected before entering the venue as a security measure.
• F57 Bus is available from Jebel Ali metro bus stop to Bluewaters Island daily from 6am to midnight (Friday until 1am).
• Validate your parking at the nearest ticket office by presenting your same-day ticket to enjoy up to 4 hours of free underground parking.

Validity

• Before Activation: Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• After Activation: Your pass is activated as soon as you visit your 1st attraction and is valid for the number of calendar days (not 24-hour periods) selected. For example, if you select a 3-day pass and visit an attraction on Monday afternoon, your pass is valid for the remainder of Monday and 2 additional days of your choosing.
