- Tip: Step outside to the open-air terrace on the 124th floor to get a better look of the city.
- From 1 Dec, Burj Khalifa Prime Hours are from 3pm to 6:30 pm.
- No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside. You can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area located near the entrance. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside. However, any photography for commercial or business purposes at the Burj is strictly prohibited.
- Entry to the Burj Khalifa is time-specific. However, once you're inside, you can stay for as long as you like. People on average spend 40-45 minutes at the observatory.
Museum of the Future
- Tip: Visit the kids' section at the museum for games, activities & workshops that are designed to empower them for becoming future leaders.
- Museum of the Future has a strict policy for maintaining the time slot selected. Besides a grace period of 30 mins before/after the selected time slot, early/late entrance to the Museum will be denied.

I highly advise everyone to take the opportunity and buy combined tickets, for example Burj Khalifa + aquarium on the territory of Dubai Mall - it's just fantastic. Everything is in one place, you can first go up to Burj Khalifa 124-125 floors (you have to go up there at exactly the specified time, and you can stay up there - as much as you like), there is a terrace, for more fullness of sensations and better quality photos....Enjoy the view of the city and the sea - you can go for a snack on the top floor of Dubai Mall, where a lot of all kinds of cafes, burger shops, etc. are concentrated. And then watch the aquarium, rainforest, penguins with crocodiles, feed the fish and many other things, no less interesting...you can come to the aquarium at any time, but the only thing is, of course, on the day for which you bought a ticket. I started my tour at six o'clock to get to the observation deck of Burj Khalifa and catch the sunset - it's very beautiful, you have to see, the photo can not convey it... I had 5 hours for all the adventures together with the aquarium. Since the center works until 00:00 hours, no problems, a couple of hours at altitude - rest and a snack - a trip to the aquarium, everything is just super!!!!

There were hardly any people, which made the experience particularly pleasant - no long waiting times and plenty of peace and quiet to enjoy the view. Clean, modern, and interesting - but huge queues to get in and out (over 2h up, over 1h down) with toilet on wrong side of queue system causing tension when you need to get back to your family. If I'd have known the delays before and after I would have wanted Headout to provide upgrade option as I probably would have bought it to waste less holiday time in the queues.

Both the Miracle Gardens & the Frame were great breathtaking experiences. Booking was easy and saved 13%, so thank you. One bad experience was the taxi ride from outside the gardens to the frame, where we were scammed to the tune of 483 Dirham (should have been approx 100) have since read that this seemed to be a common theme.... spoils a good day out, something needs to be done about it. Excellent place with lovely photo opportunities. We went around 4pm and were at the top within 15-20 minutes. Parking was a breeze. The views are very good and the place was not as crowded as Burj Khalifah and it only cost £10 per person compared to £37 for Burj Khalifah. I would personally recommend this instead.

Both of my SO are POD. It will be probably easier if they can send out tickets thru email as well for them. We were told that they are free at the desk when they've arrived. But we don't waste another day just assuming that it will be free of charge because the slots gets full. Nevertheless they enjoyed the tour.

Aquarium and zoo was amazing experience. Dubai Frame view from the top was unbelievable. I also loved the last exhibition of "Dubai vision of 2050" in Dubai frame visit. Head out's discounted tickets that was really good value. system giving message something is gone wrong just after payment has gone through can make you nervous that you may not get the tickets. Specially when you have not received the reference I'd for your booking. So system needs sorting.

The flower garden was good but realised the best time to visit this place is in evening when sun is around 2 hr to set. So you see both in sunlight and the night light effects for garden. Due to hot sun, the visit and roaming around in April sun was not very good. There is no requirement of Skip the line.

Nice vibrant and colourful gardens with lots of sheltered seating areas. Good for kids/elderly to rest. Many food and souvenir stalls too, though mostly overpriced compared to the souks. Cute idea to embed a mini golf within the greenery, reasonably price too. Sharing of 18-hole game allowed, it was a great experience for my elder relatives :) It's a miracle how they keep the plants bright and alive especially the hot season!

Mit Alter 12 Jahren bekommt man bei Headout ein Kinderticket, z. B. bei 4x4Quad muss man mit 12 aber eine Erwachsenenkarte haben, sonst geht es nicht. Somit passt das Alter nicht zusammen.

All went well. Got pioneer wristband and we avoided the long queue. Also promised credit 50aed was included per wristband.
Mueseum itself was fun, there are some very distant future topics and some prototypes of our recent achievements. Was expecting some near future everyday topics also but this was lacking.
