• Sky Views Observatory is wheelchair accessible; however, the Edge Walk are not suitable for guests with mobility impairments.
• Please note: We can’t control the weather, so visibility may vary on the day of your visit.
• Opening hours and entry times may change without prior notice.
• The Glass Slide are not suitable for guests with health conditions, physical or mental limitations, or medical concerns (including but not limited to neck or back issues, heart conditions, epilepsy, motion sickness, pregnancy, or recent injuries).
• Getting there: The Observatory is located on Levels 52 and 53 of the Address Sky View Hotel, Tower 1. Entry is via Level 1, next to the residence entrance, or via the Dubai Mall metro link.

Glass Slide

• Age: 12–65 years only. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in person.

Burj Khalifa At The Top

• Tip: Use the on-site telescopes to help identify the varying landscape and attractions around Burj Khalifa.
• Bring along a valid physical or digital copy of your ID to be shown at the entrance of the attraction.
• It's recommended to check the weather forecast beforehand to ensure that your views won't be obstructed.
• The following aren't allowed inside: Large pieces of luggage (check them in at the Secure Baggage Area at the entrance on the ground floor), food, and beverages.

Sky Views Observatory

• Tip: Despite the stunning view, maintain your focus and prevent getting dizzy or disoriented by keeping your eyes on the horizon rather than looking down.
• It's mandatory to carry a passport or Emirates ID.
• Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.
• This experience has height and weight restrictions. The minimum height is 135 cm, and the maximum height is 200 cm. The minimum weight is 30 kg, and the maximum weight is 120 kg.
• Edge Walk Experience can be canceled/rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions, without any prior notice.
• The Glass Slide experience is no longer included in Sky Views Observatory tickets. It will be charged at AED 25 per ride, payable at the attraction's counter or on level 53. Tickets bought before April 1, 2024, will still include the slide experience.

Sky Views Observatory

• Access to Glass Slide

• Guests can visit the Sky Views Observatory at any time during the day of their booking, but they must visit At the Top attraction as per their scheduled time slot.
• Before entering either attraction, guests must pick up physical tickets from the At the Top ticket counter.
• Note: The Sky Views Observatory closes at 9 PM. Therefore, guests with a 9 PM time slot for At the Top should visit the Observatory earlier.

Burj Khalifa At The Top SKY (Level 148)

• Tip: You can gaze down at the Dubai Fountains for a spectacular water show between 6pm and 11pm.
• Facilities: Free Wi-Fi, Wheelchair Accessibility, Pram/Stroller Accessibility, Parking, Luggage Room
• Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.
• Outdoor terrace may be closed in the event of bad weather.
• Please note that desserts served may contain nuts, nut oils, eggs, and/or dairy products.
• No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area, located near the entrance. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside.
• Note that the following are not allowed on this tour: Food & drinks, magic markers, spray paint, aerosol cans, glass bottles, knives, fireworks/explosives, firearms/ammunition, chemical weapons, mace/pepper spray, multi-tools, skate shoes or any footwear with wheels.
• Working service animals are not allowed on the tour.

Sky Views Observatory

• Tip: Catch glimpses of the iconic Burj Khalifa tower from the Sky Views deck.

• Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.
• Your experience may be subject to change due to weather conditions.
• This experience is restricted for guests weighing less than 30kg and more than 150, shorter than 120cm, and taller than 200cm.
• Guests should not be under the influence of narcotics, spirits, or any other substances that impair judgment (e.g. medicine).
• Guests should be free from severe physical or mental disorders that would not allow them to complete the physical and mental tasks asked throughout the ride.
• The slide will be chargeable at AED 25 per experience directly at the attraction’s counter or at level 53. Rest assured that tickets purchased prior to April 1, 2024, will have the slide experience included.
