I think it was a very empty event. They do not allow you to take a photo with your phone after the slide. The sliding process is very little and there is 1 right. The glass floor is nice but I found it insufficient. It should be more interesting. There are tall buildings everywhere. It should show its difference.

My 2 sons enjoyed the walk along the edge. They felt very secure thanks to the coach who took care of the participants. My wife and me enjoyed the cafe during my sons' activity.

It was almost perfect, but the automated photos from the slide were much worse than the other picturrs we took and not even available with a discount. (Like in other locations) The security interrupted the video recording by forcefully touching the stop button on my daughters phone. She is just a kid doing a video blog, not any professional photographer. I regret having purchased the pictures afterwards and I will likely put another one in the frame.

Not much of attraction that was expected

It wasn't worth it . Just to much advertisement, the ticket agent Headout they are a bunch of liars they tell you you can cancel within certain periods of time but once you finalize your payment you will get a message you can't cancel this ticket. The other thing you need to give training for your employees what customer service means without customer you're nothing, I will post this & other experience on social media people to learn from my experience.

Visiting the Burj Khalifa was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The moment you step into the building, everything feels grand and futuristic. The elevator ride to the top was incredibly smooth and fast—it took less than a minute to reach the 124th floor! The view from the observation deck is breathtaking. You can see the entire city of Dubai, the desert, and even the coastline. It’s especially beautiful around sunset when the sky changes color and the city lights begin to sparkle. The staff was helpful, and the whole experience was well-organized. We also enjoyed the fountain show right outside, which adds even more magic to the visit. If you're coming to Dubai, the Burj Khalifa is a must-visit landmark. I highly recommend booking your tickets in advance, especially for the sunset slot. It's worth every dirham! Ticket purchase was easy, the app was easy to use. The aquarium was great and I really liked the Palm View. Both programs were fantastic, I'm glad I chose this combined solution.

Price is a little less if you buy tickets separately on official sites. Validation is quick, no ticket lines, you just show the bar code at the enterance. Application DOES NOT work without internet! You will not have access to your tickets if you are offline, make sure you screenshot your ticket ahead of visit.

Beautiful both, the observatory with the Sky glass, and the burj kalifa with its breathtaking view. The only problem with the combo is that you have to go by and compulsorily redeem the tickets at burj kalifa first, and in case you choose an evening time for burj kalifa, the observatory has to be seen in the morning since it closes at 9 p.m. and then you have to walk back and forth several times between observatory and burj kalifa via the Dubai mall( for those arriving by subway), which are about a 10-minute walk

The experience at Sky Views Observatory was amazing. It was fun and something different. The venue was good and honestly, I found it to be a better experience than going at the top of Burj Khalifa. Burj Khalifa experience was definitely the worst experience of my life. I got a 8 pm ticket and went to the location by 7:15 only to discover that there was a crazy crazy crazy line ahead of me. Almost like 1-2k people or more not sure. I stood in line starting from 7:15 to 10:30. Reached at the top around 10:45. The line was so long and with such poor organisation. It was inside the mall and there was no place to sit. The entire crowd was cribbing and everyone was exhausted by the time we reached at the top. The view at the top was fine but nothing unsual that you cannot see from your airplane window or any other tall buildings around there. Just when we were relieved to finally experience this and get out, we discovered there was another like to go down lol. Took us another 1.5 hrs to come back down. Got down around 11:45. No dinner, super expensive water that we had to buy in there and a huge pain in my legs and calves.

The Sky Observatory was great. Because you could see the burj klafia.

There were thousands of people in queue and with old parents on a wheel chair and a 2 years old in the family, it wasn't a pleasant experience that I was hoping for after paying a bomb for the entry fees. I wished to cancel the booking and hope there was a max limit of how many people can enter on a particular day.
