The 20-minute gyrocopter flight from the Palm Dropzone was nothing short of incredible. Deep Dive Dubai - Discover Scuba Diving for Beginners

No prior scuba diving experience is required for standard entry-level experiences. However, you must be comfortable in the water and able to swim. Basic swimming competency is mandatory.
Minimum age is 10 years on the day of your dive. For advanced or specialized packages, higher minimum ages or certifications may apply.
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, with written consent provided at check-in.
You must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your booking start time. If you arrive late, your experience will be cancelled and all payments will be forfeited.
Before diving, you must complete a "Fit to Dive" health assessment and the official Deep Dive Dubai medical/liability release form.
If you currently suffer from, or have previously suffered from, listed medical conditions (including, but not limited to: heart issues, back problems, pregnancy), you must provide a signed, stamped “Declaration of Fitness” from a doctor.
Scuba diving is not recommended for pregnant individuals or those with serious medical issues such as heart or back problems.
You must avoid alcohol or non-prescription drugs for at least 24 hours before diving.
Follow all Deep Dive Dubai policies and procedures—as outlined in pre-dive orientation and by staff.
You agree to use only authorized equipment provided by the facility (with some exceptions for masks, personal regulators, and cameras for certified divers). External wetsuits, BCs, or other gear are not permitted.
Lifeguards, safety divers, and continuous video surveillance ensure your safety at all times.
Dive guides will accompany all experiences, and emergency response protocols are in place.
For advanced dives (deeper than 30m), specialized breathing gases are used and additional certifications are required.
Do not dive alone, exceed your training level, or hold your breath underwater.
Avoid flying or visiting high altitude locations (such as Burj Khalifa) for at least 12-24 hours post-dive:
- Wait at least 12 hours after one dive.
- Wait at least 18 hours after multiple dives.
Platinum package and advanced experiences require proof of certification and prior diving experience.
For advanced or technical dives, present physical proof of relevant certification (e.g., Deep Diver, Trimix) before booking; refresher courses are available for those whose last dive was over six months prior.
All necessary equipment is provided. Bring your own swimwear and slippers.
Maximum group size for most tours is 20 participants per session.

Pets or animals are not permitted on site.
Large bags and suitcases are not recommended.
Unused inclusions are non-refundable.
Late arrivals are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.

Accessibility

The experience is not wheelchair accessible.
Participants must be in good health and feel well on the day of the activity.

Additional information

Pre-booking tickets online is mandatory.
Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in.
Participants must weigh between 40 kg (minimum) and 100 kg (maximum). Please note: some variants may allow up to 120 kg, but the strictest limit is 100 kg.
Minimum height requirement is 130 cm.
Individuals under 18 who meet the height and weight requirements may participate independently but must be accompanied and provide a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian.
Strict safety protocols are in place; a safety briefing and waiver signing are mandatory before participation.
Free cancellation or modification is allowed up to 72 hours before the scheduled activity.
To reach the site, drive 30 km to the summit of Jebel Jais Mountain and park at the Zipline Parking area as indicated on your booking confirmation.
The experience operates subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled or canceled for safety reasons.

G-FORCE Aerobatic Passenger Experience

Tip: Eat a light meal at least two hours before your flight to ensure comfort during aerobatic maneuvers and minimize the risk of motion sickness.
Booking requires a valid passport, UAE ID, or visa, along with a passport photo and a working mobile number for verification.
This experience is unsuitable for pregnant individuals, people with heart conditions, or those with severe mobility issues.
Passengers must be under 110kg (240 lbs) and below 1.93m (6’4”) to participate.
All passengers must complete the liability waiver and upload a copy of their identity documents.
Flights may be canceled or rescheduled due to weather conditions, as determined by the operator.
Loose items like phones, bags, or jewelry are not allowed in the aircraft for safety reasons.
Airport access requires declaring your religion for security purposes at the Ras Al Khaimah International Airport.
