What to bring

• Carry your passport or a valid photo ID card on the day of your booking for identification purposes.

What's not allowed

• Children aged under 18 years are not allowed for this experience.
• You cannot assign your tickets to someone else.

Accessibility

• The experience is not the best fit for pregnant women, people with epilepsy, fits, severe head injury, recurrent blackouts or giddiness, disease of the brain or nervous system, high blood pressure, heart or lung disease, dislocated shoulder or other limb(s), recurrent weakness, diabetes, mental illness, and drug or alcohol addiction.

Additional information

• The names of the guests booked for the skydiving experience must match the names on their passports. Any changes to the names after the booking has been processed will be charged at AED 300 per name and must be paid at the time of check-in.
• Wear comfortable and athletic clothes along with sneakers or sports shoes.
• The Skydive Dubai Tandem Waiver and Insurance Policy form must be completed and signed by all participants.
• Participants aged 70 years and above are required to fill out the Declaration of Fitness form and have it signed and stamped by their doctor before arrival.
• SkyDive Dubai staff will weigh you (with your shoes and clothes on) when you check in on the day of your skydive.
• The flight may not take place when the weather conditions are poor. If you feel unsure about the weather on the day of your experience, you can reach out on the details mentioned in your confirmation voucher to check your flight status.
• Restrictions exist for safety reasons; as such, no exceptions will be made.
• Flights are available seven days a week, with the option of sunrise or sunset timings.
• Depending on the availability, the final time slot of your flight could change by 60-90 minutes from the time slot you have selected during checkout.
• Please note that the timeslot selected during booking is the check-in time. The entire experience might take up to 4 hours. Please plan your day accordingly.
• Eligibility: Women weighing more than 90kgs/198lbs, women with a BMI greater than 27.5, men weighing more than 100kgs/220lbs, and men with a BMI greater than 30 are restricted from participating in this experience.

XLine Dubai

• Tip: Visit The Beach at the JBR after your zipline adventure to relax and indulge in some beachside shopping.
• Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for guests under the age of 65 years, over the age of 12 years, over the height of 1.3m (4.27ft), under the weight of 100kg (220.46lb) and over the weight of 45kg (99.21lb).
• Participants must be in good medical shape and free from the influence of any spirits or substances that can impair judgment.
• Pregnant women and participants who are currently recovering from injuries or are prone to recurring injuries will not be allowed.
• It is required for children to be accompanied by their legal guardian.
• To ensure a smooth visit, all guests will need to sign a waiver form that outlines the terms and conditions. You can find the form here.

Skydive Dubai

• Tip: Cap off your adventure-filled day with sunset drinks and Dubai's vibrant party scene at the nearby beachfront Barasti Beach Club.
• The names of the guests booked for the skydiving experience must match the names on their passports. Any changes to the names after the booking has been processed will be charged at AED 300 per name and must be paid at the time of check-in.
• Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for women over the weight of 90kg (198.42lb) or BMI greater than 27.5, and men over the weight of 100kg (220.46lb) or BMI greater than 30.
• The experience is not accessible for pregnant women, guests with epilepsy, fits, severe head injury, recurrent blackouts or giddiness, disease of the brain or nervous system, high blood pressure, heart or lung disease, dislocated shoulder or other limb(s), recurrent weakness, diabetes, mental illness, and drug or alcohol addiction.
• If the venue cancels your SkyDive experience due to operational reasons within less than 6 hours of your booked slot, you will not be eligible for a refund for the transfers.
• The Skydive Dubai Tandem Waiver and Insurance Policy form are required to be filled out and signed by participants.
• Participants aged 70 years and above are required to fill out the Declaration of Fitness form and have it signed and stamped by their doctor before arrival.

What to bring

• Have your original passport/valid identification ready for a seamless experience. Soft copies are not accepted.

What's not allowed

• The maximum weight for each guest per seat is 110kg. Guests beyond this range will have to purchase an extra seat.
• Guests who need a seat belt extender are not permitted to fly.
• Safety is a priority so children under the age of 2 years are restricted from participating.
• Samsung Galaxy Note 7, iPads, selfie sticks, or professional cameras are not permitted to be carried on board the helicopter.
• Baggage/large bags/purses are not allowed on board the helicopter and must be left at the designated lockers.

Accessibility

• Guests with heart problems or other serious medical conditions are restricted from participating.
• If the guest is 8 months pregnant or more, a valid doctor's certificate is required to confirm that they are medically fit to fly.
• People of determination are welcome to fly, but they must be accompanied by a paying adult who can assist them.

Additional information

• A maximum of 6 passengers are allowed per flight.
• Guests are required to arrive 45 minutes prior to the helicopter tour timing.
• Children aged between 2 and 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
• All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions. The timings are indicative and actual flight timings may change.
• Your routes may vary due to air traffic stipulations or other operational or safety considerations.

What to bring

• Bring a valid photo ID (preferably a passport) for verification at check-in.

• Only trainers or closed-toe shoes are permitted; flip-flops, sandals, high heels, or loose footwear are strictly prohibited.
• Bring your mobile ticket or voucher (digital or printed) for entry.

• Bringing food, beverages, glassware, or alcohol into the premises is strictly prohibited.
• Participation under the influence of narcotics, alcohol, or any substances that impair judgment is strictly prohibited.
• Dresses, skirts, and beachwear are not allowed.
• Pets or animals are not permitted on site.
• Large bags and suitcases are not recommended.
• Unused inclusions are non-refundable.
• Late arrivals are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.

Accessibility

• The experience is not wheelchair accessible.
• Participants must be in good health and feel well on the day of the activity.

Additional information

• Pre-booking tickets online is mandatory.
• Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in.
• Participants must weigh between 40 kg (minimum) and 100 kg (maximum). Please note: some variants may allow up to 120 kg, but the strictest limit is 100 kg.
• Minimum height requirement is 130 cm.
• Individuals under 18 who meet the height and weight requirements may participate independently but must be accompanied and provide a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian.
• Strict safety protocols are in place; a safety briefing and waiver signing are mandatory before participation.
• Free cancellation or modification is allowed up to 72 hours before the scheduled activity.
• To reach the site, drive 30 km to the summit of Jebel Jais Mountain and park at the Zipline Parking area as indicated on your booking confirmation.
• The experience operates subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled or canceled for safety reasons.
