- Women weighing more than 90kgs/198lbs, women with a BMI greater than 27.5, men weighing more than 100kgs/220lbs, and men with a BMI greater than 30 are restricted from participating in this experience.
- The experience is not accessible for pregnant women, guests with epilepsy, fits, severe head injury, recurrent blackouts or giddiness, disease of the brain or nervous system, high blood pressure, heart or lung disease, dislocated shoulder or other limb(s), recurrent weakness, diabetes, mental illness, and drug or alcohol addiction.
- Guests are not allowed to assign their tickets to someone else.
- All guests are required to be 18 years of age or above (according to the Gregorian calendar) on the day of tandem skydive.
- If the venue cancels your Skydive experience due to operational reasons within less than 6 hours of your booked slot, you will not be eligible for a refund for the transfers.
- One-way premium transfer is available from the hotels within the following 3 zones: Zone 1 (Downtown, DIFC, Business Bay), Zone 2 (JBR, Marina, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Barsha), and Zone 3 (Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Deira)
- From Jul 8 to Aug 31, Skydive Palm dropzone will open one hour later, with the first check-in at 6am. Bookings for 5:15am, 5:30am, and 5:45am have been rescheduled to 6am.
- These tickets can't be cancelled. However, they can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the experience begins.

I fulfilled my dream and went skydiving over Palm Jumeirah—thank you so much for this incredible experience! However, I gave an average rating because I was treated disrespectfully by the staff member who gathers the participants before the jump. She insisted that I go to the store and buy different leggings, claiming that mine were too short. I want to point out that my leggings were knee-length, and my friends had jumped with your company just a month ago wearing the exact same length without any issues. Despite explaining this, she kept insisting that I buy new leggings, which I didn’t need at all. This was a waste of money and put me in a bad mood right before my jump.

The experiance was super good. The booking using Headout was smooth. Just ensure you enter the correct details as oer your photo ID and its taken care off. I personally also sent an email to SkyDive Dubai Suppport email id which I got from their website to reconfirm the booking. Over all the Skydive Dubai was best and they follow utmost safety precautions to ensure 100% safety. My trianer Riche and photographer was Brian were very good too. My photos and standard 3 min edited video was awesome. If you want a social media edit video of 1 min it can be purchased when you visit there on the day of Skydive as addon. I personally purchased the social media edit video of 1 min and you can also purchase selfie video on the day of dive upon arrival ( I did not purchase it). I would recommend social media edit video of 1 min if you want to post it online on Instagram / facebook / whats app. The satandard edited video comes in Horizontal format however the social media edit video comes in vertical format which is best for viewing on phones on social media apps. My experiance was super good from booking using Headout till the dive.

The staff at skydive Dubai were amazing. The whole experience was so efficient and definitely what's needed especially as I was extremely nervous. I was put at ease by the team who were a great bunch. The ticket I purchased through Headout came with a one way transfer to the location. This never arrived and I never had any contact which was a terrible start as I then had to arrange alternative transport and I was very worried I was going to be late and potentially lose the money which was a lot for me. I would 100% recommend skydive Dubai as a company but not Headout. I would encourage people to book directly through SD Dubai

The sky diving experience was wonderful and memorable. I had booked a experience with Headout with pickup and drop facility. I had confirmed on chat also with the Headout executive about the same and they confirmed that it was pickup and drop facility. I was pickup from hotel and dropped for desert sky dive and later when I finished my activity I was told there is no drop facility which was unpleasant. In the middle of a highway in desert how do you expect people to go back. For that reason only I booked with Headout else I would have directly booked with skydive Dubai as price had no difference. Later I had to pay premium to reach back hotel which was unpleasant, unruly.

- However, the payment window closes at 1:30 PM, so ensure you arrive before this time.
Desert dropzone:
- The Desert dropzone operates Wednesday through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. However, the first takeoff is typically around 9:00 a.m. Participants can manifest for a load from 8:30am.
- The dropzone is closed every Monday and Tuesday.
Important note:
- The entire skydiving experience, from registration to the jump itself, can take 3 to 4 hours.
- Book your jump in advance, especially during peak season, to secure your desired location and time slot.
What to wear:
- Choose athletic clothing like leggings, joggers, or sweatpants that allow for easy movement. Avoid loose clothing or anything that could flap in the wind.
