What to bring

• Carry your passport or a valid photo ID card on the day of your booking for identification purposes.

What's not allowed

• Children aged under 18 years are not allowed for this experience.
• You cannot assign your tickets to someone else.

Accessibility

• The experience is not the best fit for pregnant women, people with epilepsy, fits, severe head injury, recurrent blackouts or giddiness, disease of the brain or nervous system, high blood pressure, heart or lung disease, dislocated shoulder or other limb(s), recurrent weakness, diabetes, mental illness, and drug or alcohol addiction.

Additional information

• The names of the guests booked for the skydiving experience must match the names on their passports. Any changes to the names after the booking has been processed will be charged at AED 300 per name and must be paid at the time of check-in.
• Wear comfortable and athletic clothes along with sneakers or sports shoes.
• The Skydive Dubai Tandem Waiver and Insurance Policy form must be completed and signed by all participants.
• Participants aged 70 years and above are required to fill out the Declaration of Fitness form and have it signed and stamped by their doctor before arrival.
• SkyDive Dubai staff will weigh you (with your shoes and clothes on) when you check in on the day of your skydive.
• The flight may not take place when the weather conditions are poor. If you feel unsure about the weather on the day of your experience, you can reach out on the details mentioned in your confirmation voucher to check your flight status.
• Restrictions exist for safety reasons; as such, no exceptions will be made.
• Flights are available seven days a week, with the option of sunrise or sunset timings.
• Depending on the availability, the final time slot of your flight could change by 60-90 minutes from the time slot you have selected during checkout.
• Please note that the timeslot selected during booking is the check-in time. The entire experience might take up to 4 hours. Please plan your day accordingly.
• Eligibility: Women weighing more than 90kgs/198lbs, women with a BMI greater than 27.5, men weighing more than 100kgs/220lbs, and men with a BMI greater than 30 are restricted from participating in this experience.

What to bring

• Have your original passport/valid identification ready for a seamless experience. Soft copies are not accepted.

What's not allowed

• The maximum weight for each guest per seat is 110kg. Guests beyond this range will have to purchase an extra seat.
• Guests who need a seat belt extender are not permitted to fly.
• Safety is a priority so children under the age of 2 years are restricted from participating.
• Samsung Galaxy Note 7, iPads, selfie sticks, or professional cameras are not permitted to be carried on board the helicopter.
• Baggage/large bags/purses are not allowed on board the helicopter and must be left at the designated lockers.

Accessibility

• Guests with heart problems or other serious medical conditions are restricted from participating.
• If the guest is 8 months pregnant or more, a valid doctor's certificate is required to confirm that they are medically fit to fly.
• People of determination are welcome to fly, but they must be accompanied by a paying adult who can assist them.

Additional information

• A maximum of 6 passengers are allowed per flight.
• Guests are required to arrive 45 minutes prior to the helicopter tour timing.
• Children aged between 2 and 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
• All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions. The timings are indicative and actual flight timings may change.
• Your routes may vary due to air traffic stipulations or other operational or safety considerations.
